LOL, I'm glad I've watched your video; I sent my hubby into the kitchen to take the turkey out of the freezer and into the refrigerator so it can thaw in time for Thanksgiving. And this will tell you how old I am; 45 years ago, Grandma gave me money for a baking bag and told me to follow the directions on the box. It made the best turkey ever, nice and juicy. I've used a baking bag every year since then. I usually add the giblets to the stuffing mix. My mom loves it. I'm not sure if I'll get to do it this year since my daughter will be in charge of the stuffing. She thinks giblet stuffing is weird. I personally don't like stuffing, but I've made it for my family for years. LOL, Mr. SM likes a lot of flavors, doesn't he?
