First of all, I would like to thank all of you ♥
I've never done this type of trigger before, but I've always loved to see it. I think I can say that I am passionate about visual triggers.
Today you will see an ASMR follow the light video, with light tracing, mouth sounds, focus exercise, and follow the flashlight. It is all about personal attention.
If you feel sleepy, don't worry, I don't mind if you close your eyes and feel relaxed.
I love this type of visual trigger to sleep.
So, have some relaxing moments and chill out with this ASMR video.

It seems that many of you like dark backgrounds, so I will continue with this theme, as it is my favorite too ♥.

The thing about ASMR is that after a while you just get used to it and don't feel tingles, which technically is the whole concept of those. It's even in the name. Good ones still can make you fall asleep, but so do the videos of the rain.
This video made me feel tingles again, and it's been a while.
Also, colours and everything else look subtle and classy. Good work. 🤔
Hi! I always lose my tingles 😂.
When that happens I end up looking for new ones and finding something cool again.
Or I just take a break and go for a few days without seeing.
But I'm so happier when the tingles come back when I watch "my usual triggers".

Try to listen to different artist I usually rotate on my favorites and that seems to work for my immunity. I watch daily for years never had tingle immunity problems. ^_^

Yes indeed, this is what I do. Also, I like ASMR video where ASMRtists are genuine and kind people, not just good looking ones. We need kindness these days as never before.

Agree. I have a very short list of those. There are so many ASMRtists nowadays that you can create a very bespoke collection of those who can do the tingly job.
Having said that - I've discovered that since I started turning off my WiFi router before bed I sleep like a log, and have very vivid dreams that I can recall every morning. 🤔

I recently discovered that I can experience visual triggers really well, specially light triggers. This baby popped up on the my recommended and I dont regret clicking :) the whispers are on point, I actually like how I can hear background noise, reminds me of white noise. I found this video purely by chance.
Audio triggers dont really work to help me sleep anymore,but watching this helps me sleep easily.
Even if I just put it on next to me,having the sounds and the light at the edge of my vision helped to calm me down.

Great background and backlighting. Only issue (for me) is, the flashlight is not bright enough to be effective for me. However, this is a great attempt, so I am subscribing in the hope of more powerful lights in the future. :)

I tried to get into it, at first I got tingles from how nice the volume settings were but I couldn't get any light trigger tingles and I think it's because there isn't any lense glare, when the camera glares up because of the light it feels so much more of an intense light that it causes tingles for me, so just following a white circle ⚪ doesn't do it for me but thank you anyway *hug*
