- Relaxing you with lots of light triggers tonight! ⚡️ It's been a while since we did a dedicated light video, and I had to pull out the black background again for it! I tried to use a variety of lights with different brightnesses & tones to appeal to everyone but if you'd like to see more of a specific light trigger let me know! I hope you enjoy 🤍

“Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response”
The relaxing static-like ‘brain tingles’ experienced by some people at the back of the head or down the spine in response to specific visual or audio triggers. ASMR content is commonly used to help with stress relief, relaxation, anxiety, and sleep.

It's crazy how under-rated you are as an asmrtist. I feel like its partly bc most people are into cosplay which i don't have anything against, but when im looking for a video, what you are wearing doesn't do anything. Im looking for something that can put me to sleep and you are truly the best.

@@2ndchancehypnotherapyBasically dressing up as a character. Usually from a cartoon or anime. You mostly see it at anime conventions, but some ASMR channels do it to get into character.
I'm saving various videos to a big ASMR shuffle playlist and the fact that there is a lot of Abby in there speaks for how good her videos are!
