mate, as a longtime track rider, this is some of the best info and probably one of, if not the best video on track fundamentals ive ever come across.

I'm glad that a professional like yourself gives credibility to his teaching. Much appreciated sir!
This is a goldmine of knowledge and expertise that put together will make huge gains for almost anyone.
English, well done for making it easier for the rest of us
Excellent 🎥! I'd like more training from you 🤓🤓🤓🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🔥🔥🔥
Coming from 650ib you can take it as a huge compliment
Smack downs!
@@Bufgus why? because he's better at having more bikes?
@@jaromor8808 Lol! That was savage! Unfortunately, a whole bunch of people get impressed with people who have cool bikes even though they can barely ride them 😀
@@jaromor8808
7:37 HAHA great picture for the fact you said, the bike is riding me
Your last comment "if you learn the motorbike you'll have no issues changing tracks" is gold. Thank you for this!!!
Braking, braking, braking! I've been to racing schools but the most important, yet the least mentioned subject is braking. And it is the main thing that makes difference on the track.
You will see it in episode 3, on thursday!
Alberto Naska Grazie mille! : )
We seriously need you in India, everybody wants to ride like Rossi but we left to our self. You are too good man. Thanks a ton ..
THIS IS SO USEFUL! I have been searching RUclips for motorbike racing tips but haven’t found anything useful. I will subscribe and watch every video. I am doing my first full season of racing in 2020 and could do with these tips! 🤙🏻
Saturday, Oct 10, I did my first ever motorcycle track day on my Aprilia RSV4. It was overwhelming the amount of things you have to know in order to be any good at getting around the track efficiently. I learned so much about what I was doing wrong. And this video covered the major one: Body position. This is great info! Thanks, Alberto!!
I went to the track only 4 or 5 times, but I enjoy listening to you analysis. It makes me reflect of what I am doing when street riding. Thanks for the well-articulated commentary!
Hi Alberto, just found your videos and am so impressed that you're taking the time to help anyone interested. In riding better. I just recently did my first track day and can't wait to do more next year here in the UK. I'll certainly be watching these tips with interest to hopefully help me improve. Thankyou!
It's the same when you play musical instruments : you repeat the same exercise regularly until it becomes "muscle memory" and you don't have to think about it anymore, it just becomes a natural movement.
And again a big reason more why i have subscribed to your channel(s). Awesome work, thank you for sharing these tips, better (and cheaper) than any instructor ;)
Thank you!
Your advice really resonating. Great your doing this in English (for us lazy folks). I’m only about 18 months starting on track, I so wish I had the this at the beginning of that journey. Still not too late. One of my best lessons is to run at 80% of ability so you are not overwhelmed and you can focus without sh*#*ing yourself. Also concentrate on one thing at a time. Great vid.
Please keep making these videos , omg it has been such a great help brother! Ride safe!
This is probably one of the best Riding Technique Video Series I've ever seen. Thank you so much Alberto. Love from India :)
Really good video!!! Well done Naska for the great job! It's great to help the amateur racers to become better 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
This is already great. I'm looking forward to the follow-ups.
Congrats on all your videos Alberto! Some of the best I’ve seen on youtube! Cheers from Greece!!!
Probably the best video(s) ever posted explaining this often complex sport. Nice job.
This is just what I needed , and its free... awesome,,thank you!!
Love the info, this helps alot
One of the best channels I have found. Thanks for breaking this down.
I am loving your vids man. I’m that guy at the age of wanting another bike but statistically according to stats and records the y keep I fall tight in to that guys that rode a lot in my younger y ears then stopped For awhile and now I want to start up again and try and get some track time with an instructor. I’m a little wiser now then before and chill out on the bike and learn and practice good technique. I’m probably not thre
wisest doing it on a gsxr1000r . I feel I can handle it if I’m smart and gradually get better .. I’ll soak in any expertness you have to spare sir. Thanks again
Epic content! Few videos out there going in to fundamental track considerations - keep it coming!
This is the most helpful video. I understand what do I have to do to ride faster, safer on track. Also give more potential, possibillty and trust. Thank you Alberto!
I liked your first videos, how passionate you are, and was grateful for the English subtitles. It's thanks to you them that I learned how to repositioning the hand after braking.
But this is good as well! Thank you for making a full English channel.
Thank you for this!!!!
Simply well done Naska! So grateful for the power of technology to connect us in a click; even more grateful for people like yourself that are able to generate such meaningful content and then share it to bredren.
I appreciate your content. Very useful and I highly recommend track riding for anyone who rides street. It helps focus on fundamentals described in this video. Sure there is a world of difference and I would argue more dangerous on street. I.E. bad motorists but if you can practice so that all you learn on track is muscle memory, It can make you a safer more competent rider. Which translates into more enjoyment. Great vid!
Fantastic video, thanks... Lets see part 2 😀
Love your channel! Great advice...will be practicing it this weekend on track 😁
OMG, thank you Naska for this channel
Love your videos. I look forward to using your tips.
Excellent ! Thank you.
This is great. I'm preparing a cbr600rr for track use at the moment. I'll watch this video a few times and try to take it all in! Grazie mille
Dude, awesome!
Great job on the videos! Very informative and helpful
Great video! Makes me want to get to the track more often to practise.
Awesome tips! love the vids! keep it up!!
Very helpful thank you!!!!!!
Excellent video and tips!... Thanks!
Love this so much! Thanks...
So great videos! :D
Thanks alberto, I shared your video with my riding group in Israel. I hope it would give them some inspiration in this difficult time! Thanks for a great video!
Great video!!!
Excellent! Tks a lot
After tip 3 I already hit the like button. Great video! 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
Great vid! Really helped. Thanks!
You are BY FAR the best teacher out there👍❤️
Good, clear and sensible advice. Well worth watching this video. Well done !
A month ago i had the same accident as you on my first trackday, fixed the bike and going on track this sunday. Im fighting a war in my head to go on track thinking of what could go wrong just like last time but im hoping for the best
This was awesome wow!!
Amazing amazing video- thank you so much for doing!
Thank you for all the tips and inputs you shared. Helped alot.
This video was fantastic...I have an old Triumph Speed Triple which I use as my Track "Toy" and I actually learned a lot even if I thought I was "quick" on track...going to watch the 2nd video now and learn some more...earned yourself a subscriber!!!
Great videos keep mate! Explained very well
How should I practice lowering the bike? My coach told me that I'm too afraid to do that. But I don't know the limits and I don't know how to practice that. I don't need to put the knee down to be king for my friends. I want confidence in cornering a some metodology how to improve cornering in order to carry more speed.
Good question! I'll make a video about it!
My problem is also lowering/steering the bike. As I dont know the limit to the bike and tyres and I hang on for dear life.
@@AlbertoNaska Thanks for making video about it. Looking forward to see that. I'm eccitata!
@@AlbertoNaska also please it would be nice to mention if it is good to practice on pit bikes or ohvales. Big bikes and roads maybe not good to sharpen your skills.
@@michaelczolko6093 From what I experienced as a beginner, vision skill is the most important one (having markers for braking, cornering, apex and exit). If you work on vision, you should succeed in understanding right trajectory. Don't go too fast having only these two though, can be dangerous x')
Having right trajectory, you can start working more efficiently on your body position and hanging / use of legs for steering etc. You should eventually touch the knee. Your knee will touch the ground way before tyre limitations. So basically if you have good vision / trajectory / body position, you start riding pretty safe. Then you can start working more on braking, cornering and exit speed and approach the limit gradually if you want to I guess, but being able to ride safely is already super good feeling!
Very eloquent and technically brilliant!
I'm am so happy to find your channel you have a good funny yet beautiful way of teaching I've learned so much just from your videos now I just need to practice like you said one thing at a time
Your videos are fantastic! You really explain very detailed and easy. Thank you so much for this!
Thank you. Absolute valuable tips you are giving us.
im a "fast" local racer in Mexico (slow for the top national category but right on the back :P) and you just let me remember a lot of things that i forgot and you may gave me s great clues to continue improoving, now i have a lot of homework for my training bike on the kart track, i have had some track school but that was a few years ago, for now ill take you as the closest to a trainer now for me. Thanks.
Thank you. Fantastic storytelling!
Great tips thank you. I'm heading back to the road track after a few years off, these will be very good reminder.
Awesome video for me and my bike. Bike is soul for racers
Top Class instruction look forward to learning more particularly head position and movement on long bends/ corners 👍
Dear Alberto, I LOVE your vids they are really great!!! Best regards Simon
Thanks you very much for video and knowlage you share. I've been training for two years to be a better rider on the road and track. I think that I'm now track day addicted :-) I loved it. I know how difficult it is to resist the temptation to do better and better lap times. I realize how much more I have to learn and I realize that such pushing does not teach anything. Only way to get better on that is practice at a slow speed and repeat it indefinitely until it becomes our second nature. One thing is great about it. This learning is endless.
Thanks for the valuable tips.
Thanks Alberto great info!!!
Am an Egyptian new rider with a dream to own a motorcycle since i was 10 and now i have my cb 599. And sice i got it i used to watch your tutorials and practice it. It gets me a way better riding experience and more safe as well. Thank you and keep going you are borne for this....
Very Useful for new track rider like me, Many thanks. FC from Thailand.
Just what I needed 👍
Amazing video! Great advice man 😁
In summary, become an athlete first, then become athletic on the bike to use all the techniques properly. Great video! Keep them coming.
Alberto, you are fucking awesome. You address things that I haven't had to address yet, but I know are coming up for me. Thankyou very much for taking the time to do your videos.
Your step-by-step instructions with the rationale behind them are excellent and helpful! I would like to know more about inside foot/ankle position. Ball of the foot tucked out of the way in by the peg pivot or out on the tip? Ankle open (>90 deg) or bent more to carry my weight? I see pros doing it both ways. Thank you!
Gracias Alberto 👍
Another excellent video with really useful content 👏👏 👌
thanks for video! absolutely helpful and I m happy that I found you! specially for me, as a beginner - TOP!
OK! Those close calls scared the SH*T out of me!! Great video!
Ui um português aqui!
This is quality content right here!
Like the way you share your knowledge. Looks like we are talking in a cafe and you telling how to do the stuff. I am a new rider, have a sport bike and want to know how to go faster on the roads. Thanks for the content and ride/race safe.
Fantastic information! Simple, correct, clear. This should be a requirement before any new rider gets on the track.
Your awesome.Thank you for sharing.
Fantastic video thanks a lot. I have been searching for so long and now I found what I’m looking for. Thank you 👍👍👍
Like always, great tips from experience.
Awesome videos!
I love your clear and logical teaching method!
Nice, i will try some of this tips next time when i'm gonna be on my bicycle.
Cool bro I subscribed, like the way you explain on your vids
These three videos have been my Bible for so long now. Come back to them every few months and every time I learn and understand more and more
Excelent content for those like me, who dream's to take a ride with a supabike at racetrack, but does not have opportunity....
It is also very informative and easy understanding. Great Job! Thank You!
Best Wishes!
All three videos with all the tips are great. I have nothing to complain about. Many would be interested perhaps, when you change the outside foot and the inside foot.
Personally I don't know. I believe to change the outer foot only shortly before the apex...
Very useful. Thanks Alberto Naska.
scotched on the video.. thanks for the amazing video you did! :p
Gold worth tips!
great advice 👍
Fantastic video :)
Thank you for the instructions and videos. I would love to see you cover in detail, corner breaking and how to best get pressure off the bars while breaking hard.
