This series is pure gold. So many great tips you wont get from instructors, as many just know parts of it.
Man, this is one of the highly technical explanations in the super sport world with precise demo. Great!
That wrist thingy, it really changes a lot of your body movement. great video
How can anyone not like this guy. So much sense and a great character.
Mama on the straights, no papa on the straights, got it!
I swear by God this is the best motorsports channel I've ever seen on youtube regarding bike riding.😍

Best lessons I have seen in many years.... I like how you explain the little details.. you are really good teacher.
You are an inspiration Naska! I am on a straight binge of your videos, I can't get enough! NEVER EVER DELETE THIS CHANNEL!
This is SOOOO helpful! Thank you so much for doing these. Love your content in general, but these are especially great.
Thankyou for the great video! i have learned some new things to try, even though i have been track riding and racing for 13 years, there are still new things to improve in my riding 👍
This is a great series man! Thanks for putting it together and sharing it with us.
So in just 2 short videos I know all the crucial elements of what to learn to become a pro track rider. Know the line, tip toe on inside peg of turn while keeping sole on outside peg through turn. Shift one cheek off towards inside turn while keeping other cheek on saddle and use light grip on throttle as well as shift grip when making a right corner turn so I can lean down far enough and when powering back through the straight lean chest over tank and then shift butt back to saddle during the kick of the shift and keep rpms all the way up during straights and even while down shifting for proper engine braking. And ik to always look where I want the bike to go. Ik it takes a lot of repetitive practice to get it all down to muscle memory and that I'm still gonna make mistakes I'll have to learn from along the way, but you def made it clear to me, all the essential skills that are necessary to master the track
Alberto, thank you for sharing your knowledge. I have focused on several tips you’ve shared and it’s making a huge difference in my track riding. Keep the videos coming! Thanks so much.
Thank you for this great video. The best one I've ever seen for having a lesson, never the instructors I met teach all that, and these were the problemes I Had thanks so much guy!
Thank you for making these! I've learned a lot just from these few videos and I cannot wait to incorporate some of it into my riding now!!
Thank you so much! I found that twisting the wrists also stopped the pain in my wrists. I can ride and enjoy now! So this i knew from another video, but man you gave me a lot of knowledge about tons of other stuff!
You mentioned so many things that I knew and do but never realized that I do and know that I see it I can use them more effectively.
Keep up the videos! You’re awesome!

Naska!! Hello from Texas. This is the 3rd time i have watched this, it's friggen awesome. I have used some of these tips in my dirt bike riding and it has helped tremendously with arm pump on longer trails. It is cool how the tips you talk about can also be used in the dirt bike world. It has also helped my riding as well. I recently purchased the 2020 Kawasaki Z H2 and let me tell you something..lol..if you hold on too tight to this beast, she will try and buck you off. That's when i realized i was holding on too tight and just relaxed. After that everything is great. Thank you for sharing your knowledge and i hope your recovery is going well. Hope you can get back on the track soon my friend.
