Cool lesson! I was just talking about custard yesterday. For me custard was always just yellow cream, which I don’t really like in éclairs. I used to eat éclairs in my home country only with white cream! 😀 As for the word “dessert” - it’s just shocking information 😲 Since now I will try to say pudding instead dessert - but it could be hard 😓 Thanks again for interesting podcast Luke! 😎
