That was totally awesome, Fil! A great vlog of a great expedition across beautiful countryside. Looks like a blast out on those trails and the Disco did you proud. I was drawn to that Bronco though as I've just been finishing the body on my CC02! Thanks for sharing, dude! :D
Haha yeah the Bronco did a great job out there. For an IFS truck, I was surprised. They're really well built for these trails.

Looked like a fun adventure! I'll stick with the little ones though, if they break on the trail I can pick them up and carry it home. I have done the trail repairs on the big ones before and it is never convenient or enjoyable LOL!!!

That was Awesome!, what a great adventure you both had👌. The hunters cabin was really well done too, even a wood heater👍, who needs a tonne of head room if it just to relax and sleep in. Now that's a sticker wall!. Nice to see the mighty disco soaking up the challenges. Cool camping area👌. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us👊🤠👩🦘🇦🇺

I served my time with the dealer back in the 70's, they have definatly changed a lot over the years, very capable off and on road vehicles. Even the Range Rover, which is a slightly better all-rounder looks good handles well and has the comfort level of a limo is very capable off road too.
We did this trail last year and a fella had a Supercharged Range Rover. It handled the trail very well.
I'm from UK I love to see a Land Rover there. Amazing and Poorboy's rc challenge is well on fire. Thanks Fil and Brianie I spelt that wrong but you know what I mean.

Yeah, I do miss me a bit of offroading, been many years since I did this myself, might not get back at it ever again, so it's good to watch on video! Cool to see you opted for the old Land Rover, most of your buddies got bigger American trucks, bigger wheels, bigger engines, ha ha!
You should have brought the SCX10, there were some nice lines on some of those rocks, dude!
Yeah the back held up pretty good. I've been sore this week, but overall, doing OK. The Disco was awesome out there. Like you say, in a sea of Jeeps with bigger tires, suspension, everything! It's a proud moment when my 23 year old Disco goes anywhere they can go. 👍🏻
Dang, we're playing with real trucks now! Heck yeah. I got a '92 Jeep Wrangler I take out to do similar things. The only difference is around here, there's a lot less forest and a lot more desert !

@@poorboysrcI usually have my ass in the seat of a Ford truck 😅 When my aunt passed, she left me her Jeep! It's pretty sweet too. Spent its life in rust free Arizona. They're pretty fun, they're really simple, and I get to wave at strangers in Jeeps lol
