Glad to hear snow is on the way again we are out on 16th Thursday for a long weekend 😀 having been to the resort a good number of times from the Newbury crew
Thanks for all of the fantastic updates this year and good to meet you both (in 3D!) in Orso Bianco last week!
Hi Guys, Thanks ever so for your weekly updates, it’s so valuable and always great content. We’re looking forward to a week in Sauze d’Oulx arriving this Sunday 19/3 and staying in Hotel Villa Cary in Sauze. Please could you tell us where Moncton is, it’ll be good to pop along on Tuesday early evening, also the where is the wine of the week restaurant, it looks really nice and we like a glass of red.🍷🍷Thanks again John & Sandra from Portsmouth🍷🍷
Hi, Moncrons is just opposite your hotel so very convenient - see you there on Tuesday. Wine of the week is from Orso Bianco restaurant in Sportinia, they have a great selection of red and white wines from Piemonte. See you soon!
There Sunday lads from the bold pub in Wigan thanks for the snow report
Very good James
Grazie Giovanni.
Hi Guys....just about to dock in Rotterdam into town Sunday afternoon, hopefully see you sometime in the week 😊
First class 🎉again 😊
Hi! Love the videos - I am out in Sestriere for the week, my first visit to Via Lattea. I've been watching every week since we booked the trip in!
Where is wine of the week filmed?
Where are your favourite on mountain lunch spots?
How easy is it going to be in current conditions to ski from sestriere to montgenèvr?
Thanks!
sorry for late reply, it's been a busy week! wine of the week is filmed in Orso Bianco in Sportinia (sauze) which is great for lunch too, We had a lovely lunch in Ciao Pais in Sauze yesterday and a nice lunch at Raggio del Sole in Sestriere today.
Skiing from Sestriere to Montgenvre is possible but if you want to spend the whole day there it might be best to drive / take a taxi
Got any personal recommendations for runs for a pair of advanced skiiers. Also the giant slalom behind you by the borget button lift, do you know anyway to have a go skiing that? Used to race when I lived in Austria and have ma GS skis with me
Definitely try black runs 21 and 25 from Sansicario - fab
We are flying out tomorrow to Sauze and thank you for yours now reports. What is the website for your chalet ?
Heading over on Tuesday to sauze.. please advise best areas to board / ski on have passes for whole milky way..
Up the rocce Nera lift, over into the bowl, up the two man and into sansicario… anything sportinia & above still seems in good shape
It’s looks dead which is good stuff. What time of year is best to come to Sauze?
Apologies I meant Moncrons😂
Yes
Love Sauze I was a ski guide for 4 seasons there for airtours lovely to see this channel.
