I totally understand if you don't do these often due to the psychic damage, but I have to say this was a very fun and sweet video. I've always liked the idea that redrawing your old art is like you're drawing fanart for your younger self and this was very good

I love this video! Due to my life situation I haven't been doing much art lately and I started following catpun when I was at my peak of art production, so this really inspired me to try to start back up again ;_; nostalgic both for my own middle school art and for the art I was making when you were very active on tumblr

This was a lot of fun seeing you work on an older piece and still keep parts of it. Great improvement. I am also fighting for my life when it comes to shoulders, hands and feet.
Do you have a step by step guide of how you go about shading faces? You went so quick but it improved so MUCH

Oh my God as soon as you reached the homestuck Era I SCREAMED. Your sketchbook mirrors mine but with Hetalia. I was 17 in that year and your art was really good!! You still inspire me so much. I love seeing the artists I follow's old art!
It physically pains me that you are both younger than me and better at art than me, but I still absolutely love to see progress like this. Always super cool to be able to compare decade old art and current day.

How were you THAT talented at 12-13 years old?! These are all still very impressive! Your art style during that time period is the exact style that I had been trying (and failing, lol) to emulate at that age. 12-year-old me is losing their mind with jealousy rn lmao
