- theres quite a few things i would have liked to spend more time on and tweak but this was for a class and i already spent 5 hours drawing and 3 more hours staring at it
sorry about the lack of updates though! for those who are curious as to why i havent been uploading as much, i just moved out! im now living with some roommates and preparing to move again to go to SCAD in the fall

Wicked was an amazing musical! You really felt like you were watching a musical, not a low budget movie! (Unlike some of the newer stuff...)
But I think the English version I saw in London was the best, except for the actress of Alphaba. No one can top the power in her voice. Adele better watch out!

@@iridesticide7456 Due to the fact that the musical this art is based off has a song named “Defying Gravity”, the commenter decided to compliment the artist’s work and make a joke about the song from the musical in the form of a comment and if you were “out of this world”/in space then you would be *defying gravity* which is the name of the song. Sorry if I went into too much detail, I love to write and tend to get carried away.

The characters are Glinda and Elphaba from the musical Wicked. It's a prequel to The Wizard of Oz, and tells the story of The Good Fairy (Glinda) and The Wicked Witch (Elphaba) and how they turned out the way they did. Absolutely amazing production and story - definitely worth a watch! And I can sooo recommend watching the recording with Alli Mauzey as Glinda and Donna Vivino as Elphaba (they are by far my favorite cast for the duo - and I've seen many!)
Just search Donna Vivino and Alli Mauzey 'Popular' and watch the clip, and you'll know why they're my favorites.
