Awesome landscaping. I would pop out the front porch even with the garage to give it more depth so you can stay cool. I would also expand the back porch as well. Not enough upper cabinets in the kitchen, and the windows prevent you from adding them. Really need a TV accent wall in the living room. Preferably with a gas fireplace. It's got good bones. Just need to beef it up a little.
