In step 4 how did you get the paste off of the shoes after you wiped it with the tissues? Besides the side of the sole i saw some of it come on the shoe as well

That’s a stupid hack. Unless he’s on a picnic, who carries a spoon to the park. Simple hack... untie and loosen the laces, then use the pull tab at the back of the heel cap to put it on properly. No spoon required.

Well there is a special tool for that called shoehorn and it’s probably cheaper than spoon
first one, just like an eraser, your rubbing the grips off so not worth it.
