EPS hot melting machine for Europe

Hi everyone, I am Fiona. Today we are going to test an EPS hot melting machine that is exported to Europe.
From the video, you can see that these are the EPS waste we use for testing, with tape wrapped around it. Before feeding, we need to manually tear off these tapes. If it is directly put into the machine, it will entangle the crusher knife, which is detrimental to the life of the machine, and will also affect the quality of the extruded EPS ingots.
We did not use the EPS silo in this test because our site conditions are limited and we cannot fully reproduce the customer's actual production. We can only simulate the reality through side feeding.
In the video, we can see that when the screw starts to discharge, there will be yellow-black EPS ingots. This is because the EPS hot melting machine will heat the remaining EPS waste inside for a long time during preheating. So don't worry, the EPS waste becomes whiter as it is produced. Of course, the whiteness of the EPS ingots is related to two factors: the cleanliness of the waste input and the temperature setting.
