EPS crusher deduster and rounder machine for recycling expanded polystyrene

Hi everyone, I am Fiona.
Today, in this video, we will show you an EPS recycling system we exported to Europe. This system consists of four main workstations:
- Initial Crushing
- Fine Crushing
- Rounder Machine
- Dust Removal
The initial crushing preliminarily crushes the waste EPS foam.
Fine crushing further reduces the size of the preliminary crushed EPS lumps to as close as possible to expanded EPS beans.
The rounder machine smooths the surface of the crushed EPS beans.
Dust removal eliminates the dust on the surface of the beans, resulting in clean and round EPS beans. This ensures that the dust won’t block the aluminum core vents or aluminum slot during reuse.
After these steps, the polished round EPS beans are sent to the storage EPS silo via a fan, and the EPS dust is stored in a storage bag after passing through a dust collection device.
