@orangealbatross OH WOW!!! i'm just proud of YOUR comment. i haven't been in walldorf when you was playing but bought the dvd. met the roomates the first time this year in kaunitz. now that i know the other groups where you are playing i will look around for any german gig for sure. your way to slapp is such a relaxing, cool one! not that nervous, fast way like many do it. for me it's just highclass-slapping!!!

I don't know, I was using the bass provided at the gig - I can't even remember what they were like, except they were quite springy and very easy to play! I use Rotosound usually.
I can hear the notes but the slap is where the talent is with this style of bass playing this gave me confidence though I never think I’m good enough but hearing people cheering for her knowing I can do that too definetly gave me confidence lol

She got problems with triple slaps, but its cool anyway, probably her hand is tired because of gig. I like how her double bass sound in this video :)
