Hellow brother thanks for sharing
Thank you too
Hi my love 😘❤️
hi hun
Very well said brother!! Definitely focus on enjoying your training.. Brilliant mindset/heart set. I love seeing your journey.
ty brother
Take care of yourself first and get feeling better, then take it one step at a time.

Yeah Danny, you have to want to do this OR anything for yourself first. Otherwise it will all fail. You need to have fun with things. Dont stress. You have to want to be active. You have to have the desire to move. To be better. To fix yourself..Its a struggle. Its not easy to relearn. We get use to being content with sitting around. We have to get content with being active. Stay positive and look to the future. See yourself being lighter, stronger, happier..You got this..
ty brother
your the only one the knows how your feeling and if your ready or not
yu kimmy
Your health is more important take care of yourself no use being the strongest in the graveyard
lol very true
I think you have plenty of time to take 2 weeks off and still hit April. I feel like 6 weeks is a good amount for guys that train regularly. That is what I am doing starting the 1st. I am one of those guys that needs the anvil hanging over my head.
thank you
