very happy customer , we deal with a lot of power outages in South Africa ..the new Delta would be great but expensive , the original has worked very well though @@wallheadkdir
So I ordered the Smart Home Panel 2 and Ultra with three batteries after watching this. It was installed on Feb 1st. I have been having nothing but problems with the system. I keep getting a battery error and at times the whole smart panel turns off, causing power to be lost on half the cicuits. I got this system because I have a handicap son and this why I watch you on RUclips. I contacted Ecoflow and was told that a tech would reach out to me, via email, in 7 to 14 days. I explained to them how my power was going off and on and how this was an issues due to my son's condition, but that did not help. I paid 13 thousand dollars for this system so I did not have to worry about a power outage with my son and all Ecoflow can do is send an EMAIL!!
This causes great concern for me as I was thinking of doing the same thing. Customer service may prevent me from buying their products. Please update me on how this gets handled. I personally would call them back and ask for their top management and demand them to get on the phone NOW.
Being able to integrate a generator to a system like this is so useful. I stay in an estate and running a generator at night is 100% forbidden so one would run the generator (if there is no solar or limited solar) when it is allowed and be silent but powered when generators are not allowed. Very nice
I had no idea that the smart panel could be split like that. That's perfect for my situation. My breakers are outside the house, but on the other side of that is a big walk-in closet. A perfect place to park the Ultra.
haha now you know! We also talk about separating the two parts of the smart home panel 2 in another video, check out here👉ruclips.net/video/uMpYUGev6zI/видео.html
Thanks Tim and Zack for a great review. We have been interested in installing the Delta Pro + for about a year for our house but we are having problems trying to get an electrician to install the whole home backup solution in our house. We called about a dozen electrician in the west coast of Canada but they all indicated they don’t install transfer switch panel for us. Also contacted EcoFlow and you have indicated that you can’t recommend any contractors for us. With the introduction new Delta Pro Ultra this year, we are excited to install this unit in our house but nobody wants to install for us.😭
Hi there, thank you so much for your support and sincerely sorry about the situation. Our sales engineer is heading to local distributors in Canada to do the training. We will be able to accommodate the installation thing in March.
For all wanting to install the eco flow smart panel, please let the electrician know you are wanting to install a sub panel to the main panel. Most electricians will identify with the terminology and at least give you a visit. I live in Connecticut and I had to install a whole house surge protector with a nema 1430 inlet box on the side of the house. Price is $5500.00, $4200 for panel alone. I know it’s steep but in today’s world, you get what you pay for. I know the contractor and they do good work. Steep price, but if you install it yourself you are taking a chance on your insurance not covering any damages that can occur. If I sell my home, I have the documentation showing I had a licensed CT electrician install the unit and there’s no road bumps when a home inspector checks it out.
Great equipment. Absolutely the worst customer service/ tech support, of any company, for any product, that I've encountered in all of my 58 years. They won't allow you to speak to a person, and conduct everything through email. It's been over a month now, and they've yet to answer my question. I have 3 Delta Pro Ultras with 9 batteries, running a Smart Panel 2. That's a pretty good chunk of change, and there is no excuse for giving me the run around. I'm not even trying to warranty anything. Just have simple questions they refuse to answer. I have an EG4 system on another home, and have had zero issues getting answers from them. Usually the same day. I'm extremely disappointed with EcoFlow.
ECOFLOW is a system that is there as a whole and user friendly. I came on board because of this idea. HOBOTECH got me looking and JerryRigEverything put it together from the barn and panel setup. 😊
Just recently found out about these products, bought a Delta 2 +160 panel , just for basic home emergencies (50% more costly here in CAD ,) lol.....only covers very basics...lol.....next step buying duel fuel generator....+ extra batteries. This is Amazing set up you have here! I think ECOFLOW systems is a must have for every home. Thank you so much Zack for sharing your expertise ! 🙏 This video will surely be helpful for many.... Greetings from Québec Bravo! 👍
I have 21.6kWh of Delta Pros with the expansion batteries (6 units) and 10,080 kWh of Delta Maxes with expansion batteries (5 units), plus an additional Delta Pro for the barn. I placed an order for the $300 coupon in November, but I never got the coupon.
Hi there, could you please contact our support team (support@ecoflow.com) and send them the email you used to buy the $300 coupon, they will deal with it immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
One thing that many people don't think about is that because this unit is very portable, in case of a SHTF scenario, you can pack it and leave town ASAP. My only wish would be to have a DC output to charge cars so it could bypass the invertor for maximum efficiency.
Awsome video . Looks like the best inverter out there. Living in alaska most of the winter theres no solar power. My questions would be are how many gallons of gas on a honda 7000 or 2200 will it take to fully charge the unit from near 10% to full. And what is the estimated lifespan of these batteries? Thanks
Cheers! Let me do the calculation for you😎 1. It is known that the Honda 7000 has a maximum continuous AC output of 5500W, a fuel consumption of 2.95 liters/hour, and a DPU with a battery of 6144Wh, which ideally would take one hour to charge the battery from 10% to 100%, or 0.779 gallons consumed. 2. It is known that the Honda 2200 has a maximum continuous AC output of 1800W, a fuel consumption of 1.14 liters/hour, and a DPU with a battery of 6,144Wh. Ideally, it would take three hours to charge this battery from 10% to 100%, or 0.925 gallons consumed. 3. The Ultra uses LFP battery which maintain over 80% capacity after 3,500 cycles, which basically means that you can use it every day for ten year and after that you can still use it. Let me know if you have other questions!
Can you make a larger smart home panel? My house has nearly 40 breakers. I have all electric appliances so each one has there own 240v breaker. Like I have a separate fridge breaker, a separate breaker for my oven and a separate breaker for my stove ( it draws 9.6kw when running). I also have a hybrid electric and propane heater
What do I need to do to charge my EV with the Delta Pro Ultra? I have the Delta Pro and used the grounding adapter to satisfy the grounding requirement of my EV's charger. I don't see any equivalent available for the Delta Pro Ultra. Could I get some guidance on this please?
Hi there, the Ultra is able to directly charge EVs of BMW, Tesla, and VW. No additional components are needed. Just directly plug into the AC output sockets on the front.
@@EcoFlowTech my EV charger complains about lack of ground ("inadequate outlet grounding") and refuses to charge. How do I get around this restriction?
@@EcoFlowTech Ultra. I have a Delta Pro with single external battery that I have the grounding adapter hooked up to in order to get around this restriction. I haven’t been given an answer with regard to how to charge my EV from the Delta Pro Ultra. Thus far, it seems the one thing the Ultra cannot do that the Delta Pro CAN DO is EV charging (that is, charging my electric vehicle from the portable battery, I don’t care about charging my battery from an EV charger).
Nice....cant wait to get my Smart Home panel 2 installed....Works great as just a generator input to my emergency sub panel now!!! (soon to replace with the Smart Home 2 panel...). I need to wait for warmer weather as I don't want to shut power off for a couple od days to do the swap during this cold front...
Was misled by website information that stated that the unit could handle 6600 watts of solar input. Did not know that this ment 1600 watts from the low voltage input and 4000 watts from the high input. Are these numbers correct??? Also it is a bit confusing that each port can handle 15 amps. If you take it at the highest rated voltage (450 volts) and multiply it by 15 amps, you will get an input of 6750 into the high voltage port. Which is it, please help me to understand. Customer service was a deed end.
Thanks for the tour, awesome. My only question is why did they make the 240 outlet a 30 amp?? That’s a big miss in my opinion, for those of us with a well pump that can be a problem.
Hi glad you enjoyed it! The maximum AC output of one Delta Pro Ultra unit is 7200W and the voltage is 240V, given that the output amperage is limited to 30A. Still thank you for your feedback. I have passed it on to our product team🙌
Great content! Your knowledge is "next level" and very appreciated! My knowledge about how these connects are made in this area is below average. Question??? I have Sunrun rooftop solar panels (2017 install). Is it possible to continue to send my solar energy back to the grid as I have been for years AND connect my new EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra batteries to my solar to charge my batteries using the Sunrun solar? What equipment and connects would I be looking at to get the job done? Big thanks for your guidance.
Very great the vídeo, a bought a DELTA 2 and it is very good. I am from Brazil and the taxes are very high to buy imported products... But ECOFLOW is 100% Thanks,
Our roof solar powers 14.4kWh of Delta Pro (2 DP + 2DP Xtra Batt) connected to a gen 1 smart panel and works great to offset our home’s daily peak usage 4pm-9pm, and continues to power 10 circuits all through the night until 8am the next day.. everyday. We also use a Delta 1300 with a portable EcoFlow panel as a all around power source for whatever else we need; camping, running our ICECO on grocery shopping trips, lending to neighbors when they lose power, powering up the backyard toys, etc. Quiet, easy to use, and reliable. Thank you EcoFlow.
@@lukem5962 we haven’t had an electric bill in 4+ years since installing. We actually end up with either bill credits or we cash out the credits by requesting a check to be mailed to us from our utility company. Worth mentioning that we are grandfathered into 1:1 net metering for another 24 years. I’ve also added 5 additional EcoFlow solar panels since the original posting that further supplements entre existing panels in the DC side (XT60 inputs) to create an additional amount of energy to compensate for the extra hot summer we’re currently in.
@@evolv.e ok and so what is the total cost of your setup? How long would a 3.5 ton central ac Unit run? Few hours on battery alone? I’d love to go fully off grid with this setup
@@lukem5962 my total cost for all panels, all batteries, and labor came to a little over $47k. We however, also have 4 EV’s and needed a robust solar/battery system and were willing to make the long term investment to minimize the likelihood of incurring a utility bill going forward. (Our ROI is estimated to occur around the 11th year since installing.. we have about 7 more years to go) Your particular use case likely differs. That said, a few answers to a few questions will help me better understand how to best answer your question. • does your utility offer 1:1 net metering • are you currently connected to the grid • how many EV’s do you currently own • what’s the avg temp in summer/winter • what’s your average sun exposure like • what latitude is your home • are you a DIY’er or want licensed install • how large is your home Knowing these things will help me make a good recommendation for your particular needs. And if you’re planning to go fully off grid, and if you’re open to mounting the panels yourself, running the wires/conduits, and installing the relays/smart panel to your main panel, you can save quite a bit on the labor side.
Does this support rapid shutdown of attached solar modules? Edit: Also can the smart panel be configured to automatically turn off select circuits in the event of a power outage?
Hi, I am not very sure about the "rapid shutdown" you are referring to, is it a device associated with a grid-tied system? The Ultra and Panel 2 is an off-grid system. For the second question, yes it can, you can set up this in the "no supply" section in the circuit prioritization.
@@EcoFlowTech No, not associated with grid tie. Rapid shutdown is a safety feature to quickly de-energize your solar panels. It's for performing maintenance and first responders in the event of an emergency (fire). For the most basic system, a simple emergency stop button is wired to the system's control device.
ohhh I see what you mean, thanks for your explanation! You can install a rapid shutdown button next to the solar panel. The Ultra also has a PV switch with which you can manually control. Basically it plays the role of rapid shutdown.
Question how would the system work with my current solar panels? Would I need to get a permit to install the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra and smart home panels 2? Thank you in advance
If you have a generator hooked up to the generator circuit breaker, is the total home panel output limited to the generator output or the delta pro ultra output?
If you are running a setup with a DPU+a 3rd gen new engine+and an SHP2, then the total output power of the SHP2 should equal the combined power of the DPU and the engine.
Really wish i knew how good their customer service and warranty service is especially for the smaller 1k-2k systems. Was trying to compare them to jackery a couple months ago and they seemed to have more people having issues with bad batteries or non existent customer service for actual problems. Ended up going jackery since LTT uses them and they tend to try and validate their sponsors pretty deeply. Hope it was the right choice 🤷♂️
I’m wanting to do the Ecoflow Ultra for my Prevost RV. I have 2 12K Mini-splits and 2 soft start roof top ACs on it. The idea is to have it mounted in an under bay and plug my 50amp cord (step down to 30Amp I assume will be needed) Will this be doable with just the inverter/battery package with solar on the roof? Or will I need to only use 2 ACs at a time? Trying to reduce my dependence on a loud diesel generator onboard. Thanks
I want a dalta 2 max and a alternator charger to make a windmill charge the ecoflow and @EcoFlow can the dalta 2 max handle solar and alternator charger
What cable is needed to connect the EcoFlow Delta Pro Ultra to Transfer Switch? Does the Transfer Switch come with the required cable? Can the 510A model be used with just one unit?
Hi there, if it is 50A 510A transfer switch, you will need a NEMA 14-50P to SS2-50R Generator Cord. The EcoFlow Transfer Switch does not come with the cable, sorry about that.
Question on the smart panel: Is there any sort of fire alarm tie-in to the panel itself? Might be a great addition in the future if not. Since the panel has so much control over each circuit it would be awesome if you could tie a line in from a fire alarm circuit that would tell the panel there is a fire and the panel can auto shut down that area or even all power to keep fire fighters safer while trying to put out the fire but also make certain that powered wires can not worsen the fire. Love the eco flow line, and I look forward to getting my first unit in the near future.
Hi there, in the center of the battery connection box, there is an emergency stop button. In case of an emergency, pressing the button cuts off the power supply and the Panel 2 stops running, and pressing the button again resumes operation. Alternatively, it can be turned off in the app. Your suggestion of fire alarm tie-in to the panel is really good👍I have passed it on to our R&D team. Thank you!
Amazing system been looking at it a while. We have a power hub kit in our garage sending power to some of the house, also a delta max 2 and mini I use for workshop and truck. But really like the idea of the high solar input port and the expansion style of this. Any idea if this will come too the Uk ? Thanks Sam

How can I use my older non inverter generator to charge the New Delta Pro Ultra? Do you have something that we could add to our existing generator without having to buy a new one on top of buying everything else with the new DPU? Or maybe give some advice to what to do to get cleaner energy going to our unit... Also if we don't have solar or if it is not usable and we only use the generator (shtf) to charge it will it do anything to the DPU?
Hi there, yes you can use a gas generator to charge the Ultra via the power input/output port, the maximum input is 7200w. A wind turbine can also be plugged into the ultra and charge the battery if solar energy is not available. The Ultra supports multi-charging which means that the grid, solar, and generator are supported simultaneously.
Grid Tied systems are cool till your power company upcharges you... I'm glad my delta pro ultra is not grid tied otherwise i'd be paying 18 more a month.
When everything is topped up and no place to store more PV power, it simply stops charging. Just like charging a power tool battery and the light stops blinking when it’s charged. It just waits for load.
Hi there, the BMS (battery management system) is able to monitor the battery's state of charge and act to prevent overcharging by disconnecting the solar panels from the battery when it is fully charged. This helps protect the battery from overcharging.
@EcoFlowTech just plugged in my 50 amp hub to 2 DPUs i noticed when AC out to 50A hub is on it no longer allows me to charge from AC input.... im waiting on solar panels... please please tell me the 50amp output works while charging from PV inputs please 🙏
I live in south Louisiana. What components would I need to get to power my house for up to a week in case of a hurricane outage? and whom would I contact for installation?
Hi there, starting from 6kWh, around two days of essential power, one Delta Pro Ultra inverter can stack up to five batteries (that will be 30kWh in total). You can decide how many battery packs you need based on your energy consumption in a week. If you want circuit level control during outages, for instance, what appliances you want to prioritize, you might consider our smart home panel 2 which not only realizes 20-ms auto-switchover at blackouts but also send you storm warning and fully charge your batteries when an extreme weather event is approaching. And about the installation, after you receive your ultra and panel 2, contact your local electrician for site assessment and schedule an installation, it won't take long, and feel free to contact us if you need any help during the process.
A different video seemed to indicate the Ecoflo Delta Pro plug does not fit the new smart Home Panel. Is there an adapter needed? I'm the proud owner of a new Delta Pro and want to use the new Smart Home Panel. What do I need to know?
Hi there, you will need a new double voltage hub (us.ecoflow.com/products/double-voltage-hub-power-input-output-delta-pro?variant=40768116129865) to chain two pros together and plug it to the smart home panel 2. We made a video to explain this👉ruclips.net/video/i__nMuz6M74/видео.html Let me know if you have other questions!
Hi, glad you are keen, we are still doing market research in Europe and I haven't heard any news about the exact release time. Please stay tuned. We will give a shout in our RUclips community once it is ready for debut🙌
For eu, a "ultra 2" with 3phase would be killer.. As the current panel needs 2 pros and still gives 2/3 phases and needs heavy editing of power distribution. All houses have 3x25A mains or higher and our generator switches are typically 3 phase as well.
Hi sorry for my late reply. To answer your questions: 1. The Ultra is not a grid-tied system which means that it can not feed electricity back to the grid. You can directly plug your solar panels into the solar input ports on Ultra. 2. Concerning charging, the Ultra supports multi charging. You can use solar and AC power to charge it at the same time. 3.As for discharging, the circuits are either on EcoFlow or on grid. You can set the timeframe based on your needs on EcoFlow APP.
Zack another great video! Been trying to find an answer to this question but even EcoFlow doesnt have a response yet. I am wondering since this system is off grid can it be paired with a home solar system that runs on Powerwalls too since its not grid tied. Would love an additional 90Kw of stored electricity!. Was thinking maybe it could just supplement whatever is added to the EcoFlow Smart Panel 2 in that scenario.
Hi let me help! First I need to know if your Powerwall is connected to your sub panel and feed electricity back to the main panel? If it will not back feed, you can connect some circuits from the main panel to the Delta Pro Ultra and smart home panel 2 system. In this case, you will have two sub panels-one is your own sub panel and the other is EcoFlow smart home panel 2. If the Powerwall will back feed, the smart home panel 2 system is not supported because this is an off-grid design. As for solar charging, you can directly plug your solar panels (DC power) to the low/high PV input ports on the Ultra.
@@EcoFlowTech Yup they are all connected. So the 3 Powerwall 2's are connected to the Main Panel. That Main Panel feeds a subpanel into the home. The system is a 17Kwh Solar Sytem running a SolarEdge Inverter which charges the Powerwall 2's and feeds the Grid with over flow. The Powerwall 2's also feed back into the gridd for VPP. We will be doing a remodel and wouold love to know is we can take the new loads of the added circuits ie: Outdoor Deck Heaters / HVAC / Hyronic Radiant Floors and feed it from the Smart Panel 2 and have it feed off a full stack of EcoFlow Delta Ultra's. If we exhaust the 90kwh EcoFlow Bank in a day but were still needed to power up those circuits could we disconnect the EcoFlow Batteries then flip the main circuit of the SmartPanel 2 to have it power up those circuits from the Main Panel?
Hi, based on your current configuration, we do not recommend you install the smart home panel 2 as it is not a grid-tied design. According to your way of connection, you might violate relevant laws and regulations due to back feeding. Considering your demand of increasing home backup, we suggest you purchase Ecoflow 50 Amp Hub to chain two Ultras and connect them to your main panel with a 50amp transfer switch.
Yeah it’s very scripted feel. Some cool presentation of uses, but definitely an extended ad like a TV show sponsorship and should have a tag mentioning the relationship on the video if posted by JerryRig versus like it is here on EcoFlow’s account.
Did I hear you say that you are able to use your Deltaflo and Max at the same time on your smart panel? If so can you charge and use them at the same time? I want to get the Ultra for ease of having 240v but would like to use the Ecoflow deltaflo extra battery to build up on battery storage because of the cost savings.
The DELTA Pro Ultra cannot use the Delta Pro's extra battery. You can connect 1 DELTA Pro Ultra and 2 Delta Pro' units to the Smart Home Panel 2. However, the two Delta Pro units will need to use a parallel box (3+8 to 5+8) to connect to the Smart Home Panel 2"s 5+8 interface.
Hi could you tell me more about your auto panel and how you would like to connect it to the smart panel. The smart home panel 2 is a sub panel used with the Ultra. It has 12 circuits and can power your essential loads during outages.
It will be better if the smart home panel 2 support more circuits. It is designed for the us market so a panel supporting 25-30 circuits will be good for the us consumers.
I think your grid tie answer was a bit on the weak side. Grid tie is a very important and highly used process and I am sad that I can not get the Ecoflow Delta Pro Ultra system and have to go with another option to grid tie my system so I don't have to pay such high electrical bills.
Hi I understand. Usually a grid-tied system entails longer journey from purchase to activation as the permitting and installation process will be much more complicated. We want the Delta Pro Ultra to be a flexible and easy-to-go home backup solution and that's why we make it not grid-tied and feature on plug-and-play use. Still, thank you for your suggestion. We will definitely take into consideration🙌
EcoFlow, I have been E-mailing to ask if I can review this unit, and I have not gotten a reply back. Is there a certain prerequisite that I need to meet in order to work with you guys? I’d really love to review this product.
Let me help! Zack is using third-party solar panels which actually suggest that the delta pro ultra system is compatible with solar panels of other brands.
Hi there, if you intend to charge the Ultra with solar power, there is no need to use a combiner box. As long as the solar input fits with the low/high PV input of the Ultra, you can directly plug your panels to the solar input ports. When the power from the solar array inverted by microinverter enters the ultra, it needs to be inverted again for energy storage, which is a big loss.
@EcoFlowTech thanks for the reply. Let me give more background. I have solar with endphase micro inverters that are grid tied. If the power goes out, I use 2 delta pros with a dual voltage hub feeding into a manual generator interlock for back up power (runs a 3.5 ton AC with a soft start no problem) but I turn off the breaker from the endphase micro inverters since if the load is less then what is being created I don't want the micro inverters back feeding into the Delta Pro inverters. Is there a way for the Delta Pro or Delta pro Ultra to work with endphase microinverters as a micro grid in the event of a power outage? Or would that damage the Delta? I am thinking of how Franklin battery's work with other AC coupled systems. It would be great if the delta line could operate like that so the consumer is able to use DPU in more use cases. It would obviously be a manual setup unless the ecoflow smart panel 2 could help with the integration of the 2 systems.
Absolutely yes! One inverter plus one battery pack can output 7.2kW, even during low charging input. We actually made a video about charging a Tesla EV with the Ultra, check back soon😉
Oh nice, can u link the video for me & how many kms (I’m in Australia) & how long does it take to charge? Seriously considering this unit as I live in an apartment without charging facilities.
Ok, I have a delta 2 and it seems to work great….im sure it’s even better when the unit is given to you! He has a stack of ecoflows for his bunker, doubt he had to pay for them 🤷🏻♂️
@@EcoFlowTech let's say I want something like an Ecoflow delta pro which is 3600 wh but I want something x10 of the delta pro which is 36,000wh but still like the delta pro design can such be done? 🤔 like a giant delta pro
This EcoFlow Ultra environment, while impeccably engineered on the surface, is flawed and not ready for prime time. The hardware installation and set up is simple and somewhat straight forward, but that’s where the full beauty of the design ends. The software and app that are actually responsible for insuring that you have power when the grid goes down do not deliver. The biggest issue is the parasitic draw down on the battery when the system is in idle. There are a number of functions on the app that conflict with one another, making work arounds to reduce battery drain impossible. Some app features don’t work at all. And as mentioned in another post, customer support, while courteous, is basically useless. The jury is still out to see if the software functionality is going to catch up with the hardware. I’m not holding my breath…

Is there anything in the ecoflow that ensures the longevity of the batteries?
Hi, if you wanna know more about how to maximize your solar battery lifespan, check out this video👉ruclips.net/video/8UpSfOxvs0E/видео.html
I finished watching Zack's video then I find this, what a treat!
haha what an honor for us, we are really glad to partner with Zack who has used our products for several years.
Awesome video Tim! It was good to meet you at CES! Seeing by my place next time you're in the neighborhood👍
Sure thing! Will keep up the good work🙌
Just recently found out about these products, bought a Delta 2 +160 panel , just for basic home emergencies (50% more costly here in CAD ,) lol.....only covers very basics...lol.....next step buying duel fuel generator....+ extra batteries. This is Amazing set up you have here! I think ECOFLOW systems is a must have for every home. Thank you so much Zack for sharing your expertise ! 🙏 This video will surely be helpful for many.... Greetings from Québec Bravo! 👍
Great to hear! A warm welcome to our friend from Québec😉 We are glad to safeguard your home during emergencies, will keep up the good work👍
I have 21.6kWh of Delta Pros with the expansion batteries (6 units) and 10,080 kWh of Delta Maxes with expansion batteries (5 units), plus an additional Delta Pro for the barn. I placed an order for the $300 coupon in November, but I never got the coupon.
Did you try to contact them?
Hi there, could you please contact our support team (support@ecoflow.com) and send them the email you used to buy the $300 coupon, they will deal with it immediately. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@@Trillville43 No, but I plan on it.
Thanks
Cheers! Let me do the calculation for you😎
I also have a hybrid electric and propane heater
well received! I have passed on your feedback to our product team, thanks!
You had me until "I was exicted that you had a new battery system that YOU wanted me to test out," which means this is one long commerical.
Amazing how he came to your home

I need to wait for warmer weather as I don't want to shut power off for a couple od days to do the swap during this cold front...
Nice 👍Looking forward to your feedback. Stay prepared!
Awesome system ❤
Would love to see a smart generator from eagle Flow that can be applied to the system
Customer service was a deed end.
great info . love ecoflow. I'm new and just got my first ecoflow unit river 2 pro. Want the delta 2 pro when i can save up enough..

Thanks for the tour,awesome.
I have passed it on to our product team🙌
do you have a distributor in Montreal Canada. looking to install an inverter and 4 batteries to back up my power. need a turn key installer .
But ECOFLOW is 100% Thanks,
Can I power my two 3.5 ton ac units paired with solar panels? What would I need to get this done?
Thanks for sharing with us, you have a very juicy setup!
How much has it saved you on your electric bill with the ultra and panels?
(Our ROI is estimated to occur around the 11th year since installing.. we have about 7 more years to go)
Your particular use case likely differs. That said, a few answers to a few questions will help me better understand how to best answer your question.
• does your utility offer 1:1 net metering
• are you currently connected to the grid
• how many EV’s do you currently own
• what’s the avg temp in summer/winter
• what’s your average sun exposure like
• what latitude is your home
• are you a DIY’er or want licensed install
• how large is your home
Knowing these things will help me make a good recommendation for your particular needs. And if you’re planning to go fully off grid, and if you’re open to mounting the panels yourself, running the wires/conduits, and installing the relays/smart panel to your main panel, you can save quite a bit on the labor side.
So when or if are we going to see the DPUs in EU and UK? 😊
Try Delta pro:)
Jerry, you put the sleeping quarters far away from the exit. Isn't that backwards?
If you have a generator hooked up to the generator circuit breaker, is the total home panel output limited to the generator output or the delta pro ultra output?
If you are running a setup with a DPU+a 3rd gen new engine+and an SHP2, then the total output power of the SHP2 should equal the combined power of the DPU and the engine.
@@EcoFlowTech is that also true if you have a non-ecoflow generator installed?

Thank you!

Does in have to be an inverter generator?

Grid Tied systems are cool till your power company upcharges you... I'm glad my delta pro ultra is not grid tied otherwise i'd be paying 18 more a month.
What happens when PV input max's out the battery, and you have no loads on the SHP2 circuits.
This helps protect the battery from overcharging.
now can we get a smart home panel 3 and have it be a main panel for new construction or to do a full replacement.

When do you think we can expect Ultra in Europe?
Hi, glad you are keen, we are still doing market research in Europe and I haven't heard any news about the exact release time. Please stay tuned. We will give a shout in our RUclips community once it is ready for debut🙌
For eu, a "ultra 2" with 3phase would be killer.. As the current panel needs 2 pros and still gives 2/3 phases and needs heavy editing of power distribution. All houses have 3x25A mains or higher and our generator switches are typically 3 phase as well.
Does it allow for AAC coupling or AC support? Using both Grid and Solar at the same time? Or are circuits either on Ecoflow or on grid?
Hi sorry for my late reply. To answer your questions:
Good idea add 2 EcoFlow delta pro ultra Expansion battery test it out on RUclips video please
sounds like a plan, I have added it to our production calendar👍
Is it just me or is it sounds like an AD?
Just hope you find the information useful🙌
Nice one really long ad..
Man, it would be a literal DREAM to have a simple EcoFlow setup... Hopefully it will happen one day!
NICE THIS IS GREAT I WOULD LOVE TO TRY A DELTA PRO OR DELTA 2 MAX I JUST GOT MY DELTA 2
sounds great! Can't wait to hear your feedback on our Delta 2🙌
I already have a auto panel, do I still need a smart panel
Hi could you tell me more about your auto panel and how you would like to connect it to the smart panel. The smart home panel 2 is a sub panel used with the Ultra. It has 12 circuits and can power your essential loads during outages.
It will be better if the smart home panel 2 support more circuits. It is designed for the us market so a panel supporting 25-30 circuits will be good for the us consumers.
Can you deliver to india??
Hi glad you are keen! Sorry it is not supported at the moment😭

Will it work in India (230v 50Hz )??
What solar panels did you use?
Let me help! Zack is using third-party solar panels which actually suggest that the delta pro ultra system is compatible with solar panels of other brands.
Would the Delta Pro Ultra or 2 delta pros with a combiner box be compatible with an Endphase microinverter system?
Can I charge my Model Y with just one battery unit?
Absolutely yes! One inverter plus one battery pack can output 7.2kW, even during low charging input. We actually made a video about charging a Tesla EV with the Ultra, check back soon😉
Oh nice, can u link the video for me & how many kms (I’m in Australia) & how long does it take to charge? Seriously considering this unit as I live in an apartment without charging facilities.

Nice house
Especially the prices of that things are too expensive in Poland where people earn a very little and cannot afford to buy those. Definitely not powering the whole world.
Great partnership!
We agree!
Why is ecoflow so expensive as the products are made in China? Is it just about huge profit margins?
No HOA, I'm guessing.
Appreciate the video. However, terrible choice for the title.
Any suggestions🤔
