They fit perfectly comfy, and I got 10.5 as a personal because just leave a little bit room to take sizing precautions. Great video I believe if you a half size up on 4s you should be good to go.
Won on the sneakers app and I went to see the new foot locker at willowbrook mall and they had tons of pairs. Did not need a double up. But was able to see the military blue in hand. Glad they feel like the reimagined bred. I should my lighting because bred was much more comfortable. But glad you are confirming the same in terms of comfort
When measuring your foot on a Brannock device, don’t forget to measure your arch length by moving the side piece that is supposed to go to the ball of your foot. Because if that says your arch length is 9.5, you may be a TTS 9.5 since you take the larger number between heel to toe vs heel to arch length.

Gotta have the Nike Air on the heel for the OG shoes! Save the jumpman for the new releases. Also, the Bred reimagined are more comfortable than these Military Blues. But the SB 4’s are hands down the most comfortable
Based on your videos I watched, I can tell that you're true 9.5 size. For AJ1 low & AF1 they run half size big so you can go to 9 confortably. But Dunks for you I think runs little short/narrow for size 9.
For me when it comes to OG's and we're gonna toss the SB4 in with them cuz they're that good imo. (and its the original SB4 so.) It really depends on the day which is "better". I'm just happy to have em fresh in the collection tbh.
