I have that same printer but the problem is my labels are printing sideways and I still can’t get to print so I ship. So my orders have been put on hold would you happen to know how to fix it? And omg I’m such a fan of your videos ❤️❤️❤️

Dont put tape on shipping labels, even for the shortest period of time. The text will fade away in a day or so and wont be scannable, actually, the text will disappear totally if you wait some days. You wont see it right away, but the chemicals in the thermal labels and tape dont go well together.
