    Oh Pamukkale... I wanted to come here so badly and Gordon didn't. We still decided to visit Pamukkale, but not on a day trip like most people do. We stayed in the town of Pamukkale for 4 nights instead.
    In this Pamukkale Turkey Vlog we share what nobody tells you about visiting Pamukkale. We consider these things are a must for you to know before you visit (if you decide to visit). This is the type of stuff we LOVE sharing. Being brutally honest about popular places that tend to be romanticized on social media.
    Do you think you can get a REAL idea of what it’s like in Pamukkale Turkey just by looking at one photo? NO! Yet, we all plan trips based on what we see online.
    That’s why we write and make videos about it and tell you what nobody tells you about visiting Pamukkale Turkey and its surrounding areas! By painting the whole picture, you can make an informed decision about the places you decide to spend your precious vacation time, and hopefully enjoy it A LOT more 🙃
    We are not telling you to go or not to go. In fact, we actually LOVED our time in Pamukkale, but it wasn’t perfect. That’s why we decided to share this post with the good and the bad.
    We hope you enjoy! Thanks so much for watching! See you next time :)
    XO
    Aimara & Gordon

    In Turkey people say like pamuk to white things. Pamuk means cotton. For example u now "snow white princess" turkish translation "pamuk prenses"

      Hi Maggie, thanks so much!! It makes us very happy to hear that you found it useful. I mean this was a hard video... Pamukkale is beautiful, but honestly the vibe there was not ideal. But if you do choose to go, please stay at the Cotton Castle and chat with the owner & his wife who are the nicest humans! Also, don't miss the secret sunset spot and of course explore the ruins. These 3 things made our visit so much more enjoyable!! Safe travels and enjoy! Feel free to reach out if you have any other questions! :)

      It seemed really neat! I think my favorite part was the ruins at the end though, they were very impressive. I also really liked that dog you saw while walking around the pools, too cute!

    • @waysoftheworld_
      @waysoftheworld_  2 года назад

      The dogs in Turkey are everything!! 😍 Also, yes! The ancient city of Hierapolis is worth the visit even without going to the pools. They are STUNNING and you can have them all to yourself, which is priceless in our opinion!!
