great video guys, brilliant idea to get there early, wow crowds! I was there in 2005 and remember how hard it was underfoot. I was travelling with 2 of my sisters and the locals from our accommodation snuck us in at midnight where we got to swim in Cleopatra's pool and visit the amphitheater. It was an amazing experience, but realized when we had to duck and hide from a security guard that we really should not have been there. lol wonderful memory though, and we were not young. It was a trip for my 40th birthday and my sisters were 51 & 56!
Oh my goodness that sounds like so much fun!! What an incredible travel memory! Those are the kinds of travel stories that we absolutely adore hearing about. Thank you for sharing it with us!!

What a beautiful, calm place; at least before the crowds came! Was your aim in being there early to see the sunrise, or did you know the hot air balloons would be there at that time too? I completely missed the angel the first time. 🤣 So random!
We knew the hot air balloons would be there so we were hoping to catch them with the sunrise. It was so worth the early morning! The angel was hilarious 😄 Such creativity for an Instagram photo 😆
I just discovered you, you have very enjoyable videos, I suggest you to visit the Black Sea, but if you come back to Istanbul again, I definitely recommend you to go to the Beşiktaş football match :)

We got our tickets right at the entrance. We didn't need to buy them in advance. We went to the entrance that's up high though because that one opens earlier than the lower entrance which is why we got in so early. Enjoy!
