Bloody (nearly) good job Man !!!...... sometimes you just gotta step back from a project for a bit ...... very looking forward to see the next installment !!! 😉🙃😎
Enjoyed watching from South Island New Zealand we understand it’s hard to weld a shitload of stuff raise a family hold down a full-time job and upload videos takes a minute Your humor reminds me of Billy T And bike looks so sick!
I think for the system to help make it stand. Find out what threads are the quickest for up down motion. Id use them to make like almost hydraulic skids that are quick enough. But to help that i almost wonder if u can make a gyro inside the wheel you might need 2 side by side one might need to spin opposite of the other. And can possibly use like mini bike drum brake pads to stop it.
Take a page from the Monoracer and instead of stationary balance use retractable outrigger wheels that also work as wheels against the ground when retracted in the event of a tipover. I recall one clip where it was deliberately driven in a turn so tight it laid down onto the retracted wheel, was stopped, and then was recovered in the same way. Your Batbike might not be able to do exactly that maneuver, but the general crash safety principal (not to mention saving the bodywork) is the same.
Always wanted to try and ride a bike with backward steering, I don't think you need the additional challenge with this bike though. Impressive CAD skills, if only it could print metal parts. Have you ever used the printer to make patterns for casting in metal ?
Almost need a couple of inset wheels on the front bottom edge to ride on until the forks get you off the ground. But then there goes your emergency brake, heh heh.
2:31 You're not kidding! These things'll rag-doll ya if you're not careful! Sort of like w/ exploding cut-off disks and getting wire wheels stuck in shoelaces.. If it's Never happened - You've got the best of luck! haha GREAT TIP!!
Your CAD and Fab skills Rock, bro! I was TRYING to follow along as you were designing your worm-gear... Damnit, I'm just too tarded still for this stuff not to fly over my head.. Excellent Job! That turned out amazingly! Hey, how are you liking your K1 Max? I ventured into 3D printing w/ a Bambu Lab X1-C, but as previously mentioned - just too stupid still to grasp CAD [This coming from someone who was schooled in hand/manual mechanical drafting]
@@DktheWelder Ah no kidding?! Good on you bro!! I dabbled w/ Auto Cad back in early 2K's then jumped straight into Solid-Works. *That's what completely threw me. Then tried a few others - equally confusing. Fusion 360. Yessir, that's what I've been deep diving into lately. Great program - if/when someone can efficiently use it! Thanks bro, I'll keep pluggin' away for sure!
I recognised that music at 0:28! Make sure you wear snug fitting underwear when your driving it to keep your bits out of the gears and chain. It's a bit tippy, innit?
@@DktheWelder Mine too 👍🏻 I can see some future mods to the Batbike coming, anti boarding spikes, rear gunner with a MG42 and 50cal Browning machine guns on the sides, flame thrower is a must 😆 Top work by the way, the vids are epic 👍🏻👍🏻
For a channel that is half bloopers already, you know the Blooper section is going to be wound up to 11. :) How the heck are you going to ride this thing without being on your side every few metres? :)
limp wrist Lmao I work with power tools all the time Its pretty hard to break your wrist if you are right handed. Your an awesome craftsman but Why are you making the bike so small? Batkid bike?
Things like this are why I watch RUclips videos. This just might work, maybe. I'll be here for the next video.
Thanks, I will make it work haha
And not just a one off crazy build to bring in subscribers. Man’s a mad scientist 😂
Dude no worries, you're building some wild shit in your shed with your own money. Take all the time you need. ❤ from usa
Thanks I really enjoy working on it
This is the fine line between janky and genius that i truly admire
It’s a thin line and I often fall to the janky side haha
You definitely come up with some issues but it's great to see you work through them Great stuff..
A lot of issues!
Love your work. Love how your mind works as well mate. Cheers
You explained very well and added some tasteful antics. Nice work!
Great work. Love the center hub steering. Bimota style
I'm so happy its back on two wheels!
This is going to mad once its done
Haha the 3 wheel idea wasn’t the go aye! Now there a lot of challenges getting it to balance
You build like I did when i still could, Love it!
Everything is sketchy as fuc....... I love it! 😅
Your shenanigans always cracks me up!😅
Don't ever change!!👍
"Holy batshit Batman!".
Right on keep it up. Stoked to see how it turns out.
Thanks ! Wish I could work on it full time!
The glove caught in the gear … Amazing haha

Window wiper motors are a good source of free high torque motor setups be good for the front
Someone I tried wiper motors on something once didn’t seem that good but maybe I had small ones
@DktheWelder have used a couple before with varying results some are better than others
Ok you got me. Your oddiously is addictive!
This thing has come along way bud
That real bat bike build!❤😂
Budget Batman
Nice work mate. Wish i lived in NZ to come check it out in person. Glad the word "Munted" has reached you guys.
Most people watch and criticize, you sir are a creative master.
Thanks
Love the ingenuity.
the sheer talent man love the build
👍
Pretty sweet, wished the video was longer 👍
Man, that thing is going to be so much fun!
I hope so!
Love it! All great engineering aside, this made me laugh out loud!
Thanks
terrifyingly wicked cool
Terrifyingly dangerous cool!
Don't worry about it. Take your time. I'm enjoying the ride!
There is a lot of backwards and forward working with whatever I can find but it is getting there 👍
nice swing arm, bad ass batbike :)
love your videos. Steering and levelling mechanism are pretty cool👍
I think it will work out well 👍

Haha Billy t is the man , thanks for the kind comment I often see you commenting 👍
Keep it coming! Love it
Thankyou !👍👍
Awesome build!
Thanks!
Me encanta como va quedando así de dos ruedas
Today's video is sponsored by NZ's world famous steel toed safety crocs.
Hell ya brother!! I love this project!
It is a challenging yet fun project
Awesome build
Thanks

entertaining with creativity, mechanical design and fabrication, with a hint of danger, my kind of channel, lol
Haha I try to easy up on the danger but it just keeps happening!
Reminds me of a Military osprey, you gotta be moving before you start lifting up.

A 98 Honda XR650 rear shock should be cheap and available where you are and have more than enough adjustment for rebound👌

I have thought about it a bit but casting looks pretty difficult and time consuming

Yeah or some plastic skids , yes it would make a good e brake!

The cad drawing took quite a long time to learn I just watched lots of RUclips videos on fusion 360 , sure you could figure it out

There is or was a company called Lit motors that was building a two wheel vehicle, and their balance technology might be good for this guy's project.
Yes they have two electric gyroscopes under the seat . That might be what I do but have something else I want to try first
Así de dos ruedas es como debe de quedar intenta poner un giroscopio y que lo gire el escape al centro de la moto como mueven el turbo
