Hi Hera. Thanks for this amazing series. I would like you to make avideo explaining the post imperial economy. When to start to delete villagers. How many of them do you need in each resource, etc. What if you have a team? Talking about that... you did not talk to much about the team game. That would be a great material for upcoming videos. congrats.
I think the most underrated thing here is the recognition of the sneak - because of lack of buildings in opponent's base from scouting info. It's high-level game sense like this that separates the high 2ks from the rest of the pack.
i think ur completely wrong. I think this conclusion wouldve been drawn by any 1500+ (i am 1200 and i wouldve come to the same conclusion so.. ur a bullshitter)
@@JH-es6ty My friend, attack the argument, not the person. :) Unsure if you're being sarcastic, but 1200 players would have idled their scout, let alone use it in the right place at the right time AND come to the conclusion above. It's always easy to watch back and be a Hindsight Andy about how "obvious" some of the decisions and plays pros make, but there's a reason why there are so few of them and there are many of us.

I am high masters in sc2, i never miss scouting information or have idle military. If someone is in castkle a minjute before me and no knights raiding -> i prepare an all in as the dude is almost certainly booming. It is a high amount of practice, superior unit control and not loosing units for free while also not missing a beat on the macro site that differenciate serral from a normal everyday gm. Same goes for pros vs 2000ö. So i stand by waht i saids. Not an insult but simply the hard to swallow truth u might be to soft to own up: You have no clue what you are talking about, bt you still talk, hence my harsh but honest words toward u.

I have no idea why you are so confident and aggressive with your opinion considering you are only 12k? also nobody cares about your starcraft rating. I think one of the biggest differences between aoe and sc is that aoe is much more about adapting and strategy whereas starcraft is much more so about unit control. you shouldn't apply starcraft logic to aoe and think you are smart for doing so

Its so amazing how AOE2 DE is getting so much support and highlight from the community: pro players, supporters and streamers despite all the issues it got. If Microsoft gave 1% of that attention in comparison, this could be the greatest RTS game of all time for decades to come.
That’s why Hera is a professional! I was wandering about things in Feudal. No way would i have made it any further after that Castle. Hera is an excellent player and even better personality. I have seen him destroy Viper and other high caliber players in past tournaments he’s brilliant
Great vid man! I love how detailed your explanations were for certain things, you already do a good job of that in your normal games but these were especially informative. Would you ever do more 'Over-Explain" games in the future? They're quite popular from other gaming content creators (e.g. Grubby in Warcraft 3)
This series was all filmed in a single day a couple months ago at this point. He's been chopping it up into segments and gradually releasing to RUclips to make it more digestible which is nice
So what could have he gone for here? Obviously Koreans are missing both bloodlines and the last armor upgrade so their cav is just shit, but they can't go archers either since your archers just beat that, then again transition to champion would take forever and probably won't do much either, I just feel like he really has no options that would work here.
Hey Hera, you say the meta now is to early wall and then a scout rush doesn't pay off. Well why did you bother teaching us how to do a scout rush that doesn't pay off, rather than teaching us how to full wall? This is exactly the criticism levelled at you earlier that the stuff against AI and so on doesn't resemble a real game where people just wall super early. I get that walling like that relies on having a great map, and you can't always do it, and you did say that too, but still it would be good for you to have played a few games where you do just play that way.
Some of you aren't recognizing or possibly aware that Hera shouldn't lose ANY of these games to 2k unless he's versus another surf, he is 2k7 or 8 now, these other players are probably 2k-2k1 at the most. By the way, roxyC is Trash, roflmao.
