Just started using huel this week. My personal recipe is 300ml water and 2 scoops of vanilla huel powder. I shake it and put it in the fridge for one hour. Then I had 150 ml of coconut water a dash of cinnamon and a pinch of salt. It's really tasty and still healthy. I don't have much more to say. Very nice video and you look very cute it's refreshing ❤

I ordered the ‘Black edition’ last night but for me to start off with I’ll use it to help with weight loss.
I am severely sight impaired and always buy the wrong item at the shop to what I’m looking for/get too frustrated at ‘trying’ to cook healthy food so this’ll be an easier cheating option for me especially during quarantine as being off with my daughters I’ve been eating junk food more and not going out as one of them is ‘shielding’ 😟
Managed to clear out my garage so can use my weights and have pre-ordered a treadmill. Fingers crossed all goes well.

Be careful with replacing a lot of meals with the Huel, it should be fine but i would still advise to see a doctor when possible so they can advise you best :) Stay safe :)
I can't wait to try it. I'm going for the black edition as I'm looking to lose a couple of stone from a bad lockdown diet and comfort eating during a stressful period in my life. The fact that I've seen this video has sold it to me that little bit more. I'm planning on using one scoop for breakfast and two for lunch then having chicken pasta for my evening meal. Hoping it works for me.

I got my first bags last week, I was on the hunt for a well rounded meal replacement because I am the worse at eating lunch..I work from home so it is one of those things I forget and by the time I remember is usually almost dinner lol. Thanks to this shake I no longer skip lunch look forward to see how to helps in the gym long term ☺️.

the trick to huel is its fast so no prepping required suchas cooking etc so once u down a shake of huel ya junk food cravings go away faster
I loved trying out Huel. It's now part of my daily routine and I can feel it's effects on my daily energy :)
congrats ,its better than the american branded crap such as soylent !!! i buy the cheapest option only £1.25 per meal/shake ( i bulk buy in subscription )
best to shake it top to bottom not side to side ,because that mesh helps whisk up the powder

Are you still using it? And if so have have you got any additional thoughts on it? Has it helped you gain that weight? Are you still enjoying the taste or are you bored of it?
I'm thinking of buying it to help count my calories and hopefully lose some weight. This alongside multivitamins and thermogenic tablets and a 15 minute excersize 2-4 times a week will hopefully sort out my weight and energy issues
I have stopped for a bit only because I moved and haven't got around to change my address so I get a new batch 😬 I didn't gain any weight, the biggest difference I noticed was on my energy level. I had it regularly for breakfast and felt more energetic in general, now that I've stopped for a while I started feeling my energy levels going down again. As for the taste, the flavor packets help to keep it interesting so you don't get bored easily!

@@eliinwonderland24 thank you! I have bought the Berry pack and ive now used it 3 times for lunch. I plan on using it atleast 3 times a week for lunches, and more if I can stomach it! Already I can feel a raise in mood and energy levels. I'm also taking myprotein thermopure tablets and also their multivitamin tablets too to help out. This coupled by a few hours of excersize a week hopefully should see my weight drop faster than average!

I just placed an order with Huel two days ago and my order should arrive on 5/14. I ordered two bags of the gluten free berry mix. Because it was my first time ordering with them I got a free T-shirt (I picked grey), a scoop, and a shaker. My fiancé told me about Huel he said he heard about it when he was in high school from P90X. I kinda wish I would have ordered one bag of the gluten free vanilla because Huel had a recipe on their RUclips for pumpkin spice drink I want to try. Can’t wait to get my order.
The vanilla one is definitely the easiest one if you plan on trying out new flavors. Glad you decided to try it out, hope you enjoy it! :)
eliinwonderland when I made the berry mix with water is became clumpy and formed a hard ball inside the shaker bottle. When I made it a second time with soy milk instead of water I never had that issue it just become thick like pancake batter. But the berry mix tasted like peanut butter oatmeal than berries.
people at work judge me to for making huel 4 times per shift ! but im the one laughing with the 6 pack abs and 120kg bench press lol and theyre all chubby and couldnt lift 40kg, people poke fun out of jealousy and lack of self control of their own lifes ( yh i drink a lot of huel, i intake 4500kcals a day !

mocha is their best flavour !!! it tastes like the choc-coffee cream filling u get in coffee cakes " mmmmm best flavour for desert
I got the taste packets, yeah the mocha is one of my favourites, some of the others are a bit too strong! The cocoa one you can simply use normal cocoa powder I think the flavour is the same

It is cheaper but then you’ll get stuck with just one flavour :/ I like to change it so I don’t get sick of it ahah

i put a finer mesh across the shakers mesh so i get no random lumps ! ( at work i often spit out the lumps cuz im a tramp )
That’s a good idea! I don’t get too bothered by them tbh but I can see how some people might not like them
The lumps ar no problem and a waste to discard them. Just swiz in your mouth!
