Just found this book at the library and I love it! I also found Amigurumi Two! but I think I prefer this one. Made the little flan, the instructions are great and all of the patterns are adorable!

Hi, thanks for this review! I bought the book and tried making the tea cup, but I've actually come across a problem and feel there's a typo in this pattern. Row 5 has 30 stitches, but then row 6-13 call for 36 singles.. how can I put 36 singles in a previous row that only has 30? You said you followed this pattern exactly, but I don't understand how you did this. I'm still a beginner, maybe I'm misreading this. I've looked at several other patterns in this book and they don't have this inconsistency, they all call for a row of singles based on the stitches from the previous row. Please help?

seems like a very good book for beginners :) it's fun to know little facts like what size your favourite hook is, mine's 3.5mm
