The 10 stacks comes from the icy veins for being talented into Cryopathy, which increases his next Ray of Frost by 50%
he knows :P
5:15 Frost bomb > Timewarp > Icy vein (which also gives 10 Cryopathy stacks) > frost bolt > flurry > ray of ice
Don't forget use pet freeze right before bomb goes off

For me, finding a block while crypto mining has the same effect mentally as slaying a high level opponent in wow or any other 1v1 game

The enh lost damage by not popping ascendance in melee range, it procs aoe damage on use
ascendance is on the gcd, the damage tradeoff for 1gcd would not be worth it

the classes that do that are known for their insane burst and not really doing anything outside of cooldowns if you survive their burst windows your usually free to do what ever
