I can't seem to connect the client to the node. Did you have any issues ? Or settings that need to be turned on?

No, I had no problems connecting clients to the node.

@@PoseidwnTech so it worked out of the box ? After you enable the node you can see it and it will connect when you are close to it? Does it just switch? Can you explain further ?

@@NikosRentas the way how it works is the distance. I got the below distance range bracket online but that's the same principle how the device will be moved to another node. Asus routers has the capability to get the signal strength. if it is under the acceptable range, it will stay on the same node, otherwise, it will automatically move it to another node. I dont think you can manually move it so yah. Again the below bracket is not from Asus but it will apply the same principle.
-30 dBm: This is the maximum signal strength. ...
-50 dBm: This is considered an excellent signal strength.
-60 dBm: This is a good signal strength.
-67 dBm: This is a reliable signal strength. ...
-70 dBm: This is not a strong signal strength.

I installed this bad boy yesterday and I had literally no issues whatsoever. I have used li ksys velop in the past, installation wise that was a disaster, it took long before even 1 node is installed. But this Gt6 was pretty much self explanatory. What I did tho is install the first main node, make sure btw you are using the main unit, it says on the back "hi I'm the main unit, start with me". I connected to my fiber modem and turned it on, it installed within 2 minutes, within 5 my whole network had a name, pass, and all, then I started the 2nd node close by the first node and it properly installed right away, I didn't even had to add it, he recognized it right away and it was done.
What you should do also is shut down your modem, connect the ethernet with the main unit and modem, and start your modem. When starting up, 10 seconds or so, put on the main unit of the Gt6 and let that startup too and let him "shoot" his configuration into your modem.

I have the ASUS ROG AX11000 and I honestly think it’s a better router if you’re going to run wireless with the 5 GHz backhaul so you have better coverage. 6 GHz backhaul is a better choice. If the nodes or other routers are closer. Honestly, the best choice is going to be the next generation that includes for channels and using the 5 GHz Phan as a back channel so 2.4, 5 GHz, and 6 GHz are all available.
