E30 need more aftermarket love!
YES. Spread the word !
You will need a spherical joint for the inside camber adjustment, using a rubber or poly OE style bushing will bind up and cause a bunch of issues. This heim joint mod + the spherical inner + serrated tabs is a really nice kit idea
Yup I’m covered. But for others without the spherical inner, wondering what a good solution would be
i just did this same mod on my e30, im using a poly bushings on the inside arm i have zero issues. car handles and drives awesome. already put 5000 miles since
@itsbeendeleted9071 love to hear it. That’s awesome
@@diffauto thank you again for selling me those double adjusters. this was the best mod i could do on my e30
@itsbeendeleted9071 I’m glad you’re enjoying it. At least my idea worked for you 💪
Sheesh new set up looks fresh
Cool info in this video. I'm eager to see how it drives.
Drove great . Have a clip towards the end of the video. Need to drive it again
Let's see them entries broooo.
I want to know more about how changing the angle of the arm like that affects the geometry. Like the axis that the arm pivots on is now at a more dramatic incline. I can’t imagine that doesn’t have any effect.
I just did this for toe adjustment.
Need toe in for grip. That’s it. There’s no science. I drift. Breaks from abuse. Replace,
Repeat 😆
If you want a set up for more normal use. Garagistic serrated tabs for both camber and toe is great. Just a giant pain to adjust
@@diffauto so I’m looking into this because I have a Cressida with semi trailing in the rear that I drift and want to fix the -5 degrees of camber it has from lowering it. Kind of wondering if I could use one of the garagistic kits on it. That being said I don’t want to end up creating more problems than I fix if I use them. More dramatic toe change mid drift could be a bigger issue. Then again I’m not a scientist. Don’t suppose you’re close to San diego?
There’s no solution to taking out camber ? Pretty sure I’ve seen a few lowered on zero camber
@@diffauto the x8 Cressidas have better rear suspension. The x6 (what I have) and the x7 Cressidas have the semi trailing arm. There’s some random people that sell kits to use eccentric bolts and they just don’t provide enough adjustment. There’s just not as much support for those old chassis. I got a grinder and welder though so I’m sure I can make something work.
I just subscribed, i am waiting seratted tabs for my subframe and i have some questions. Where can i find you to chat a bit? Greetings from Greece.
Finally a new video🙏🔥been way too long!!
Sorry brother. Been busy with work and creating content is expensive. Need to buy a project car or something to make more videos 🤣
We're can I order the parts?
