Before passing any new such laws we must fix existing gender baised laws from it's misuse.
India need strict laws & punishment against fake cases.

Gender biased marital rape law will be the last nail to the institution of marriage. It will benefit all the extortionists who thrives on these biased laws but it will break the very fabric of our society which is family. India needs some serious amendments to stop rampant misuse of these laws.
