Its been a year since my 7 ring dingers this doctor is a miracle worker. I have my life back. Doc you are the greatest. And to this girl he will make you better you could already see a big improvement.
He did that because he knows that if she feels more pain her body would release endorphins naturally to numb the pain. Look it up. They all use this trick.
I really admire her self help. She was in such bad pain that she was stopped over in the beginning, but miraculously leapt onto the table and flopped onto her back in a snap!
I have to call BS on that. She is smiling way to much to be in true back pain.. She lays down on her back WAAAY to fast and easy The "pain" act kicks in once he starts doing his demonstration.
Mine puts me in a vibration massage chair for 15 minutes. Might do hip adjustment then I'm out of there. I have a bulged disc and get stiff all over. I always feel like I should be getting more work than that.
I had this exact problem and from experience I can say it was the most excruciating pain I had ever felt. A close family member of mine is a neurologist in NYC, he recommended aquatic rehab, and ice over surgery. I did not have access to a swimming pool as it was winter time when this flare up occurred, so instead I was told to use the bath tub. I would take baths sometimes two to three times per day (sometimes for 1-2 hours per session). I was 40 years of age at the time, and missed several weeks of work as a result (I am an engineer by trade). Within 1 week of constant bathing the nerve pressure was relieved, eventually disappeared and had not returned. I have been pain free for 6 years now. I feel compassion for anyone with herniated disk nerve pain/sciatica as it is truly a debilitating pain beyond words. Not sure about the other techniques tried in this video, but they all look promising. Cheers!
Cobra Power I hear ya I’ve been there too. Mine was herniated at L5 and sacrum. 4 mos of being bedridden 5 mos of pt and 9 most post injury I’m 95%. I’m so glad to hear you’ve been pain free since!!
I just got over a C6 herniation in my cervical spine. I can't image many injuries worse than this. The pain radiating through the shoulder blade is excruciating. The inability to hold your head up (which made even driving very difficult). You can't sit in a chair for more than a few minutes. But the worst was the parasthesia. You can't do anything without your arm going to sleep. And it's front and center in your mind 24/7. So after 29 months of this having opted not to have surgery, two failed attempts at physical therapy, what cured me? Dr Johnson's homework stretch. It must have created negative pressure in my disc and caused it to retract. I don't really know. 29 months of a physical hell fixed in 1.5 days with just one stretch. And because my ortho said herniated discs tend to be weaker even after they have healed, I now do this stretch every time I think I've stressed or tweaked my spine in any way. Running. Sitting too long. Whatever. I was literally watching disc replacement videos when I came across one of his uploads. The guy saved me from surgery and gave me my life back.
That was a thorough treatment, I've seen chiropractor my whole life and never had that much done,I do have a herniated disk that's been treated with decompression. I wish you were closer
I've been going to chiropractors for over 40 years, since I was 18. I have experienced the whole gambit of good ones and bad ones. This treatment, to me, seems like one of the best I've ever seen. His examination was top-notch. If you aren't happy with the chiro that you are seeing, GO FIND ANOTHER ONE! There are some really excellent drs out there, but there are some bottom of the barrel docs, too. What do you call the guy that finished *_last_* in medical school? Answer: "Doctor".
Thank you so much doc! My backs been killing me for the past week and i wasn't sure why. So I've been watching your videos, and I seen your advice about how to sleep to let your back heal with your legs up. No joke, after one night I was sore in the morning, but now after work I feel 10 times better! I was walking around like an old man until today! I can't believe it helped so much! THANK YOU!
I wish you were my VA doctor... I got the same thing... but you actually do your job. I'm getting medically retired because of my back and legs, but the way my VA doc worded it made it sound better than it actually is

I had a bulging disc at L4-L5 15 years ago. I didn't have leg pain, but lost reflex in one leg and had groin pain. The same pain as getting kicked in the nads. I still have back pain if I lift anything heavy. I've never been to a chiropractor, but am definitely considering it after seeing this video.

This guy is gooooooood. I had something similar done too after having years of pain that kept increasing so much i couldn't even stand on my feet anymore. Visiting the orthopedic didn't help at all so i went somewhere else. There i got a leg pulled here and there, twisted my pelvis and whatnot. Told me to stand up. NO MORE PAIN.
I had this problem from getting hurt at work and no one would listen to me about what was wrong so I bought an inversion table and after a few days I felt my spine pop and the disks decompressed and the pain was gone.
I wish I could find a chiropractor that didn't insist on doing totally unnecessary x-rays. I have not been to a chiropractor since about 1973 because of this. See how greed is self destructive? Like our local hospital that gives everyone an I-V regardless of need, just for the extra $$.
