@@powpow10 2018-2022 I’d compete as 66kg. 2023-present I compete in the 74kg class

Does squatting with your finger tips holding the bar help at all???
@@nickdesmarais1990 I like to squat with relaxed hands because the bar sits lower on the back + it gives me a better bar path during the squat
