To impress a Federalist Society judge, Bonnie needs to dig-up an appropriate quote from a 17th century witch hunter.
I think the judge is looking for more specificity in exactly what provision of either the US Constitution or Georgia Constitution (which article, etc.) that was not upheld by the relevant official such that the oath was violated by that failure.
Love LawFare! I hoe she refiles these charges because you guys are right, it strikes at the heart of the matter. VOTE BLUE
Love your work, Ben & Team!
Great podcast! BTW Ben must have kept his Oberlin dorm room after graduation :)
A special demure is a demure with cheese.
Why did the judge wait so long?
Delay Delay Delay
Exactly.
@@heathersoper6923 - I think it may be something to do with the filing deadlines for the judge's election. Just a thought, I could be wrong.
very informative and interesting. Only thing missing -- where is Anna's dog?
Is Georgia a fact pleading or a notice pleading jurisdiction?
I really hate using 'right' as a word-in-passing.
Not that She doesn't care, but I think that she might let it go, BUT... knowing D.A. Fonnie, as I do, through the Media only; I can easily see her taking it back to the Grand Jury as a matter of point.
After all, it's not personal. It is not a huge deal, but the Oath of Office is particularly vexing for her values from Oath Taker to another, I believe she takes her quite seriously. 😊
How can you record any way but live? Dead?
Live is for recording. Dead is for voting. 😅
Him👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼👋🏼
The judge is a federalist republican need I say more😢😢😢😢
Never trust a Republican
Let's still give him the benefit of the doubt.
The judge donated to Willis' campaign.
Didn’t trump elect the judge?
"didn't" isn't pronounced "dih-unt" - just saying.
It pairs nicely with “wrih-un”
Why is “demurral” any tougher to say than “referral”?
@@briancoyne8815ah yes "wrih-un"
I think the word they have trouble with is "demurrer" not "demurral"
Thoroughly enjoyed the information presented.
