Also, no I am not wearing a pirate hat. Sorry to disapoint you lol
Developers: who construct buildings. Maybe software developers shift to the other development area to make extra money 💲 😁
Hack a bank and transfer all their money to your hidden bank account relocated in a small third world country
@@loogie5679 Well, that's one way to make money lol. You just most likely lose your freedom :(

Every time I see this room and that PC in the background especially after Brad's room tour I feel myself as a guest in Brad's apartment. Anyway, thanks for your warm hospitality😄
This man made me the developer that I am today. Been your student since 2016. Thank you Brad👏🏾
Honestly I watch his video since I started college in 2019. He makes really great content and now I am finishing college and doing my last intership as a web dev! :)

i did freelancing, good experience but very less money, but do not leave job for freelancing purpose
@@hemanth6951 I also can’t understand why they still suggest going freelance as only few developers can earn enough this way. Freelance was good in early 2000x. Now anybody can hire a “developer” from India or Pakistan ten times cheaper.
one thing I'm 100% sure that you can't make a dime by live streaming coding. Prove me wrong, show me someone an example from twitch or any other platform.

thanks for saying that man, it makes me feel better about myself
Hi Brad, I started to watch your channel about 4 years ago. At that time, I was a complete beginner and because of you, I actually learned how to code! I love your tutorials, they are well structured, full of valuable information. You really taught me a lot and I keep learning things from you. So, please continue what are you doing, because it is really awesome :)! Thank you.
A lot of respect for you. You have one of the best channels about programming in the internet. Trying to use your lessons in my own channel. Congrats!
It feels good to watch you talk, Brad. Thanks for the video.
Love your vids man! The info and teaching are great, that's plain to see but your true value, to me anyhow, is that you're such an inspiration. You are doing a great service for us all, sir, and we thank you mightily...

Brad, just wanted to say BIG THANK YOU. You taught me how to be a web developer. In 2017 I watched one of your crash courses, which was a start of my career. God bless!
Happy New Year. Thanks as always Brad
I just started learning Javascript and found out your channel. Great contents and I have learned so many things from you. I know I have to go a long way. I just want to appreciate what you are doing. It really helps me out. Thank you.
Hey Brad. I was thinking if you are back. Hope all things sorted out, glad to see some new videos!!
Brad thank you sir for the awesome video content, I enjoy every one of your videos and I am never let down on the content and the information you provide. You truly are inspiring and helping 100s if not thousands of Developers young and old. One question how long were you coding before you started your own RUclips channel. How much experience did you have?
Thanks for the tips! I'm interested in exploring a bunch of these
I would say , opensource and blogging as most difficult to do,others slightly less difficult. Thanks for this video Brad.I see your video, i click like button instantaneously.Love from India
not the first, not the second, but surely another one.
Brad, you are awesome! You explanation style is good!
Brad you are the best, thanks for sharing your knowledge with us.
Hugs from Brazil!
The thumbnail makes it look like you're wearing a pirate hat :D
I have been told that so many times 😆 I even switched from the white DX Racer chair to the red. But I guess when I'm wearing red that doesn't matter 😆

Haha 🤣🤣🤣
@@TraversyMedia Instead of trying to fight it, you should embrace that look. Get a toy parrot for you shoulder and put it in the thumbnail as an Easter egg.
@@ishan6866 That's brilliant!
Thank you Mr. Traversy Media. Your work is beyond value and generosity ! whish u reaching ur goals and keep up having good karma ;-)
Brad, big thank for your clear and helpful tutos!Would you make video about upwork?
You have sparkled my interest in web dev I have started your HTML and CSS tutorials you are the best
You are awesome Brad, great to see you after a while..hoping many such videos on various web topics in 2021...pls keep us motivated and updated...you are doing a great job towards the community
Thanks for your videos Brad!
Great video, thank you will check out the book. I think in a time like a pandemic it's important to be flexible and find other opportunities to be able to make an income.
Hi Brad, thanks for this useful video, We appreciate it! Is it possible in future, make a specific road guide for the developers who aim to start its own startup / small business / freelancing etc. Because each developer has its own reason for his success. One video for entrepreneurs or business owners, one for startups, one for freelancers, one for people who aims to be hired by companies etc.
Dude don't sweat your accent. It's one of your signatures! I've learned a ton from you and my 19 year old son is now learning from you. We have a running joke about building a "Navbaah". You have honorary friend of the family status. Much love from Texas brother.
Thanks for sharing 😊 Have a great week!
Brad you are my motivation man! I was a network engineer and learned coding from you and now at the age of 30 I am switching my career.
Why you switch your career?
@@ahmadruslan9894 Networking is not fascinating at all. I want to build things from scratch.
@Kingdom Cre8tive It all depends where you are from actually. I am from Pakistan, network market is saturate here. I think I can do well in web development I don't care If I have to start from zero there is growth in it. I will be freelancing actually not looking for a job. I want to create stuff. Thats what I wanted always.
@@muhammadalirasheed8894 If you don’t mind sharing, i’m curious how your transition to coding is going?
@@jimmymaracas6442 it's going great, I am able to make great web apps on react. currently, I am working on my portfolio. In a month or two I will start applying for jobs. I thank God that I landed on Brad's channel.
Hi Brad, thanks for the video. I have been wondering how YOU learn new technologies so fast. I took your Mern stack front to back Udemy course in 2018. I will be happy if you make a video on "How to learn a new framework fast" . From your video I realized that you directed us to the documentations on websites. I think there is more to that. I will be happy if you teach us these techniques. Thanks.
liked, saved and commented ^^. Knew those ways, but a recall is always good. Thanks.
Sometimes as a developer I feel “too employable” which makes it hard to choose where to go with it (analysis paralysis). Not many other professions have this much flexibility! Awesome video-really enjoyed these insights from someone who has actually done a lot of these
@tee jay Me too. Nice problem to have.
I have the same issue. Much harder to make decisions
Good to see you again Brad
I often use your videos for learning english, because you speak very well and I like your accent.
Glad you started a RUclips channel!
Wise and honest. Thank you!
Thanks Brad ... we love you bro
Thank you Brad!
Your voice is awesome!!!
Thank you sir. This may help us a lot!
Thanks for the helpful video, Brad. Could we please get a separate video about how can we earn passive income by building tools/open source/saas products?
i enjoyed and learned a lot from your pass videos.
Really your videos help a lot. Thanks a lot Brad sir. Love from India.
Thank You very much for these tips..
Brad, we owe you a lot. God bless you and your family
I love your voice its understandable clear Thank you
Well explained, brad!
Thanks! Sir, GREAT
Wish a very Happy New Year 2021to you and your family
Same to you!
Brad traversy, sir your my hero. I've learned so much from you
thank you for being the person that you are in the line of work. Real Game Given,
Top content! Thanks!
Thanks Brad!
Any chance you could make a video about on everything else than the actual coding part of full stack projects? Things like planning/designing, how to stay organized when the project has a lot of different parts, etc.
Great stuff! Thanx!
Seriously Impressed with Florin!
You are a nice man, Brad.
thank you
I Just wanted to take the time and say Thank you Professor
Good content bruh hope ur lexus ls doing great
Good stuff. I do have to admit the RUclips stuff is hard. The Cypress tutorials I do are tough to make. Hopefully by video 30 I get better. Haha
Hi
This video is amazing. I will be a bookmark for my future reference. Thanks for sharing this informative video.
Thanks a lot for video 😍
I recently started a path through developing Digital Products (plugins and extensions), specifically chrome extensions and fortunately I am getting a few customers (paid ones) out of it. But since I'm a beginner, I wonder if there are more in-depth content about this path in order to improve.
Brad, please make a crash course video on how to use TypeScript with React.
Hi Brad! was it PHP that you wrote WP and Joomla plugins in ? Is there a platform powered by JS to build and sell digital products for? Thanks! :)
Hey Brad, could you do a video on what you wish you knew when you are starting out as a developer?
Wow saw notification from Brad and clicked instantly.
Thank you for this video
I like that you mentioned the risk of freelancing... 75% of a freelancer's job is looking for work! :) but I agree with the fulfillment part as well.
That's great Brad thanks you
Thanks a lot bro..
Definitely make a small software on the side and sell it. I have made quite a bit with this route. I still have a job but it was a great decision to make something on the side. One thing you can do is if you have a job and you write your own utility to solve a problem at your job, turn that into a product. If you find a need and fill it with your software it has a good opportunity for growth.
Be careful though, the code you sell can't be a straight rip from your company since the code belongs to the company not to you
Looking good with Air Jordan!!!
Brad you are an amzing person
Nice kangol ! Brad yu have old school swag.
Always drown by your honesty. Respect Masha Allah
I just want to get better at coding, hence I follow Brad. It's not easy but I believe I can.
From India, Love your videos Brad :)

One of the best dev channels on RUclips. Subscribe it's a must! Greetings from Portugal!
Hello Brad! that was a great video... well I think its time to change your intro :))))))
came here to tell, that the thumbnail looks like a pirate hat, but others have done that already. so I rather thank you for your high quality content, you make us out here better developers with every vid!
I'm a fan of the last option tbh.
Thank you so much
Great one! Especially In times like this, it is nice to see and evaluate the alternative ways of earning money.
you are a real hero
I look forward for your future streams on TTV.
Thanks for that
I really like that you are always concise and straight to the point. It shows respect for your audience time and intelligence. Best wishes for 2021!
Thanks Carlos. I try and just give the best information that I am able to in the quickest amount of time. Sometimes it takes longer than I would want, but I wan to make sure my point gets accross :)
hey man you are awesome.

thank you man
You back!!! 🌝👍
thanks for helping
A monster. Awesome!
The first one is my favorite.
Hi Brad which software do you use to make videos
Brad you are my hero
Hi @Traversy Media, could I suggest a video on adding ads to a website to generate revenue. I have had a look around a few Google Adsense tutorials, but they all seem to focus on WordPress sites. I am assuming this would be a little more complicated with my own website
Hi Brad, I've been following you for about a year and learned a lot from you. I'm still waiting for you to add authentication to the nodejs sequelize project in 2018 (lol). Thank you for what you've done so far for developers all around world
