That's presumptuous who said his kid's hate their father? Or their grandparents who are still in contact and have visitations they just live in Canada. And she's crying because she's definitely not in contact with Wendi and the boys. And her son who she talked to almost every day going back before the incident can't talk to her. Rashbaum her go between to Charlie and her last remaining comforting relationship she called him everyday since her arrest. This woman is a callous, petty, diabolical and manipulative person but she's still human and I'm sure the hell that she herself has created is tearing away at her.

Because she Adelson ‘s have 8 million in bank and knew some people in high places in judiciary and politics . The spouse of the murdered is still free . Ordinarily the spouse is the first suspect in such cases and gets rounded up .
She thought it would all be over in 2 weeks and she would go home, and she just realized her emotional support and her time-line for freedom have been delayed, (you know she thought she would be acquitted) and she wasn't in control, and it's frustrating because she is not getting what she wants, and her money and clout are nothing.

That includes an attorney fighting vigorously for them, without any concern that it will harm the case of another client. It is an attorney’s duty not to represent two clients where there is a conflict of interest. (It is easier to understand this if you imagine a very ugly divorce in which the spouses are fighting over the house, property division, spousal support, and child custody. If they shared an attorney, how could he possibly fight hard for both of them?) It is the judge’s obligation to make sure that a trial is fair and the defendant’s constitutional rights are protected. When the attorney raised the problem that he felt was likely to arise, the judge was required to relieve him. Otherwise, as the judge said, the case would have to re-tried if it were reversed on appeal. He cannot allow his annoyance with the attorney to risk harm to the defendant. Judges must be very careful to make sure all proceedings are proper. It is a very serious position that is often stressful.

The judge could have zoomed Charlie in yesterday to verify after hearing of this disgusting motion. The judge kept asking if there were any potential issues. The prosecutors could have pushed the issue of conflict. They all failed in my opinion. Every lawyer I’ve asked and listened to said they would never have represented Donna after Charlie and were stunned that Rashbaum did. They went so far as to say that they have never seen this before, that is was outrageous. I’m talking law professors and very experienced trial lawyers here. I’ll side with them.

Also his ex girlfriend who he talked into finding someone to kill his sister's ex husband. She stupidly did it, now in prison for life. The two guys who she hired to do it, one being her baby daddy, in prison for Life! But a neighbor's house camera luckily caught a glimpse of a car speeding away & insane research by diligent police found the 2 guys in South Florida. The murder took place in the northern FL area. Slowly the charges & court cases started. This woman & her husband were on their way last fall, shortly after her son was convicted, to Vietnam @ Miami Airport one way ticket. She immediately started telling the police what to do. They had never been to Vietnam, have no property there, & knew no one, but Vietnam is one country that has no extradition policy with the US. So, what were they doing? It was perfect, arresting at the airport! This "family" changed the last name of the children of the murdered man & prevent them from having a relationship with the paternal grandparents/ auntie. Everyone wants the ex wife, Wendi, arrested & indicted next by the DA. In fact that was asked to the prosecutor right after her brother's guilty conviction. That was quick & fun to see her reaction. It's a complicated mess that didn't have to happen. This grandmother wanted to control her grandsons & so created this tragedy that caused the murder of an innocent man, who loved his sons & was a respected lawyer. More details explained she hated the fact he was traditional Jewish & again didn't want her grandsons raised in that way.

Imagine if the interfering mother-in-law, Donna Adelson paid for a cook and a kitchen reno for her daughter, Wendi. Wendi thought Dan was "too" religious wanting a Kosher kitchen. They had the money, obviously. The family fortune is now being squandered as the family defends the indefensible. Just another family who let money and influence go to their heads. When they do not get their way, the other side becomes their enemy and their hatred simmers; they know no limits to win. You aren't allowed an opinion or any wants of your own with them, join or be eliminated. The irony is that none of them will end up in So Florida and kosher probably sounds pretty good to them about now.
Quite some manipulation going on here. Kinda gives you a window into how devious Donna is.
Best bit is a) she will be in jail anyway, with her (deluded) hope of walking free in a couple of weeks dashed forever, b) its all because her beloved son Chuckles did the dirty on her and put himself first, c) she can't even phone or talk to him about it 🤣🤣🤣
AND she can no longer communicate with Rashy, her favourite child.

All law students in this country must take and pass a course in Professional Responsibility which is also tested by the bar exam. When representing multiple conspiracy defendants, especially family members, the lawyer can easily come across (albeit inadvertently) sensitive or conflicting information to the detriment of one client while benefiting the other. A lawyer privy to sensitive information in a past case (e.g., details about criminal activities or internal family dynamics) could be put in a position where that knowledge would affect their representation. They cannot use that knowledge, but they also cannot unknow it, potentially compromising their defense strategies. The Florida Rules of Professional Conduct and the American Bar Association Rule 1.7 Conflict of Interest: Current Clients states: [t]he potential for conflict of interest in representing multiple defendants in a criminal case is so grave that ordinarily a lawyer should decline to represent more than one co-defendant.”
It would have been a lot more clear if they referred to the victim as her daughter’s ex-husband, rather than “her former son-in-law”. I am in California, so I am not familiar with the case. This is the first I’ve seen of it.
Look up the trail of her son, gave up his freedom for his sister & manipulative mother, his lucrative career, there were videos when it took place last yr. Also his ex girlfriend who he talked into finding someone to kill his sister's ex husband. She stupidly did it, now in prison for life. The two guys who she hired to do it, one being her baby daddy, in prison for Life! But a neighbor's house camera luckily caught a glimpse of a car speeding away & insane research by diligent police found the 2 guys in South Florida. The murder took place in the northern FL area. Slowly the charges & court cases started. This woman & her husband were on their way last fall, shortly after her son was convicted, to Vietnam @ Miami Airport one way ticket. She immediately started telling the police what to do. They had never been to Vietnam, have no property there, & knew no one, but Vietnam is one country that has no extradition policy with the US. So, what were they doing? It was perfect, arresting at the airport! This "family" changed the last name of the children of the murdered man & prevent them from having a relationship with the paternal grandparents/ auntie. Everyone wants the ex wife, Wendi, arrested & indicted next by the DA. In fact that was asked to the prosecutor right after her brother's guilty conviction. That was quick & fun to see her reaction. It's a complicated mess that didn't have to happen. This grandmother wanted to control her grandsons & so created this tragedy that caused the murder of an innocent man, who loved his sons & was a respected lawyer. More details explained she hated the fact he was traditional Jewish & again didn't want her grandsons raised in that way.
