Hey bro. I saw your comment from a long time ago on the e30 vert release handle. Would you happen to remember how you got the tonneau cover up after It closed with the wire unlatched? Same thing happened to me
@@dwn2634 okay so I should take the passenger side speaker trim off and try and reach in with hand and screwdriver ? Thank you for responding.. kinda freaked out when I realized what I did lol
@@sam7196 sorry bud. Don’t have the car anymore and it was a couple of years ago now so details are sketchy. I do remember blindly poking around in the top roof cavity with a screwdriver trying to find the latch inside to release and got lucky (drivers side). Good luck!

Hi Sam. From what I recall, I had to take the inside rear speaker cover trim off and reach up inside to release the latch by hand.
