They are great fun for flying around town and not too bad on the single track roads. The 200cc version is 16hp but there isn’t many about in the UK and the are very expensive. At an average of £4000, you start looking at what Royal Enfield have to offer for a brand new bike. I’d love to see a 250 version with 20hp. With the recent boom of small bikes you wonder if Suzuki might think about it
I’ve been looking at buying the 200cc but I have noticed the rear tire choices are very limited and expensive and accessories/parts are hard to pin down. I live in Thailand and did own a Yamaha XSR155, a fantastic bike though seat could do with a Gel insert
I’d love to have a shot of a 200cc to see if there is enough of a difference. I think if it had an engine with about 20hp that would be perfect. We don’t get the XSR155, just the smaller 125 model. Although it’s smaller, it has 15hp, I was very tempted to look into getting one. I hope they’ll bring out a XSR300. Could be the perfect small bike.
To be honest I never really checked it. From what I can see online it looks to be around 30km a litre. I prefer to judge all motorbike on smiles per gallon 😁
I have one, also a Vstrom 1050xt. If I would need to let one of them go, it would be the Strom. I love my little VanVan so much.
I’ve got rid of my Tiger800. If I had sold it rather than a straight swap, I’d have bought another one
So funky and fun! It reminds me of the 125 varadero i owned a few years back. With a 20 hp motor it could be a world beater but as a 125 its useless.

Royal Enfield Interceptor
I’ve thought about buying one many times
Top speed?
I could get 60 mph with the wind behind me, but I’m not the lightest person. But it would usually sit at 55 mph for me
How much km s can run from 1 litre of petrol??
