Imagine being the pizza driver, having to deliver a gigantic order from across the city, and then getting a 200 dollar tip for it. Like Jesus, I would think this guy is insane.
Also - for someone to accept that to deliver it - he must have had a pretty enticing tip as well - because if it was just $5 they'd reject it if it added that much time. As a driver, time is money and if it takes too long for too low of a price, most drivers will decline. So he probably already had a decent tip on there and then gave her an extra $200.

We give it nice sounding names like "well done" or "toasted" because "burned" makes us think of overcooked food, but it's still burning. You could have some right to complain about me not making that cultural distinction if I were trying to sell you something that you wanted carelessly burned rather than carefully burned, or if I were twisting your words, but I'm clearly using the literalism to make a point here. You don't get to complain about other people using words correctly just because it's not the specific viewpoint you happen to have on those words.

Meanwhile, when I lived in the 3rd-largest city of my entire country, and would order a 2-topping pizza cooked the normal amount from a pizzeria literally 5 minutes from my apartment by car -- it would still take (at least) an hour for delivery...
