Yes anyone can chose the same topic that has already been used
Even miss delhi 2017 Maira choudhry has same project..(in same year as manushi chillar)

Maam i am working for beauty with a purpose on a topic and after 3 years i get selected to represent my state in mjss India. Do they give time to prepare a presentation for bwap or do i need to make it before auditions.

How do I present a beauty with a purpose project that focuses on women empowerment. I have been working towards, feminine hygiene and sanitation, rapes/ sexual assaults and harrassment and educating the females and well as males on sexual intercourse and various help available such as martial arts, judo and also breaking the patriarchal narrative of the society. How can I put this together. I really need your guidance
So if i am living in different state and want to participate from different state will i have to work on my project in that state...or can i do it in the state i am living in ?
You can work wherever you want on the project. The impact is what is important, however if its possible to have an extension of the project in the state you're representing, that'd be amazing.
