Hi, everyone! Question so this morning one of my drivers badge was terminated at a amazon facility. He has done nothing wrong and is active on the relay also he is not band from the facility. I have not received and email or call why they terminated his badge. ROC mentioned to me it could be a glitch in the security system. I also reached to customer service from the relay and notified them on the matter. I would assume if he actually did something wrong they would notify me asap. Does anybody know why this happened to my driver or how to resolve this issue?

How do you do that? You said from someone you know and not using the account. I need to open another account because I got suspended because FMCSA score, I REALLY NEED HELP, my family depends on that and I been trying to fix that but it is really complicated and takes too long, I been trying on different ways but nothing. So I would really appreciate if you can help me a little bit more. I can send you my number if you could call me and explain me how to do it. Thanks!
