The restaurant menu says “All beef served is USDA Prime”. The steaks are indeed US beef, not wagyu.

Sorry no Japanese food especially seafood. The stigma of radiation contamination haunts me from time to time, can't help it with all that daily dumping of nuclear waste water in the ocean. The world is irresponsible.
