Dear Becky: You know yourself so well. Your openness with everyone makes you a real exceptional person and your vulnerability is so relatable to everyone. Life has it's highs and lows and you are handling the lows extremely well. When this semester is over, you will have a well-deserved break. I enjoy your videos very much. You are truly an amazing person. Hang in there. Please give my best to your mom and nan. ❤❤❤❤

I can sure understand you having burnout with your heavy schedule. You must be exhausted. Your 4 months off coming soon will be wonderful!
I enjoyed watching what you’ve been doing during the days and seeing your friends. I hope the next 7 weeks will go well and that you do fine on your tests! Thanks for taking the time to chat with us! 🍁

It makes sense that you could be feeling some burnout, Becky, you really are managing a lot. I can relate especially in this "post" pandemic time. I will check out your books. I am reading "Light from other stars" about a girl that wants to be an astronaut. Its also a bit slow but I am determined to keep it going. Definitely just post what and when you like. Also your friends all look so nice! 💜

Thank you for your kind words❤️ I hope the book gets better there is nothing worse when it comes to reading than a really slow book unless it’s a good kind of slow! Thank you I am lucky to have met some special people🥰

It is good you were able to
complete the simulation. Having all of your experiences that you did will make you a better doctor. It doesn’t always have to be a trigger if you don’t let it. Just a suggestion, I’m trying to get out at least once a day. Even if you’re just taking a walk outside or going to the library or pretty much anything besides sitting in your room most of the time. That should help make you feel better. I think everyone feels overwhelmed and burnt out when going to school. Ride the waves because this too shall pass❤

Just a suggestion - make a point of spending some time out of your dorm room. Doesn't have to be any place fancy - in nice weather you can be outside in bad weather head to a library. Just get out of the building you live in. I've worked from home for the last 30 years and it helps me immensely to just get out of the same walls and be somewhere else.

Yes that’s a great suggestion! Last week I went with a friend to the hospital beside the school to study in the Starbucks and it was nice to get out, definitely something I have to do more often :)

Hey Beck, so happy to see you😊 I was thinking if you ever want to be seriously challenged, I could be your mock patient lol you probably change your major if I was your patient 😵‍💫 glad to see you doing well. Xoxo
