Pretty cool, I took a bit of time to view what this distro is all about, and to my surprise, the Tuxedo team is actually a company which builds both PCs and laptops and put this distro on it. I guess they choose parts which are not having any issues with linux. What you saw during the installation is patriotism :) Both russians and germans, although they know englishm do not speak it, and they only talk in their own languages unless something extreme happens. Also, thank you for including charts, it's much easier to compare.
cant speak for all, but i do believe most are able to just switch to english, some just dont want to spend the energy to do so. im living in a city with a high amount of tourism, and im always glad to answer people in their language, if i speak it.
Yes, I believe free software should have freedom to everyone, both users and developers, I know Spanish Japanese Linux and the infamous deepin os, there should be no limitations for anyone to do whatever they want
I advise the team of Tuxedo that integration of Btrfs, Snapper, group-btrfs default when users prefer btrfs on installation. OpenSuse does it well and group-btrfs are life savers!

KDE Plasma cannot support dual-monitor workstations. It forgets the settings for the secondary desktop with every reboot.
