FACTS
Big facts
Yep I'd say since early 60s. But starting in late 90s everyone was on dope. I remember organized lines 15 -20 people long in alleys and in corners buying dope. I think it's actually slowed down. I think fetty killing off all the addicts.

He was talking bout k section down the jail . They use to call it killer k and J section they called jumping J and the juvenile L section was right in line with K and J sections. Over there the old jail no heat when cold and no air conditioning in summer. People were getting heat strokes from it
Yea I heard
Steel side, when I hear the old jail I think of MCI-H up Hagerstown
Yea I guess it's considered a detention center but always called it the old jail but it's definitely older
@@bmorechills7118 You right, Eager St was worst than most prisons in the system, they be pushing that knife over there just like in prison .All them jails in the city ran by the state anyways

@@TyTy2900_killer K is what they called K section. JI 900 is the camp I worked on.
K section was over steel side, Ji building and steel side was 2 different buildings
You sound corny dude it don't take much to be a street dude these days because everybody carrying a gun this new generation in the last 30 years got the waterdown version of the real streets. what amplified today's thug and street life was the internet Boosie couldn't even handle the street life from 40 years ago because the game was harder and Men handle things like grown men the Kats today act like they mama's they to emotional and they want to handle everything with a gun. This is the softest generation ever....
