I recommend the following: RAR file, 128mb+ dictionary size (since your compressing a large 30gb file),compression method "Best". Hi Superclips, I'm good thanks. If it is a .rar or .zip file the steps are the same with one additional step. You will need to download the .zip/.rar file to your local device from your email and then extract it using WinRar. I hope this helps.

A question, do you have to pay for Winrar once the 40 days test version runs out?
no, youll be able to use it but after the 40 days is up, everytime you open a rar file using winrar a popup will appear but you can just close it
