Oh Christine you did it again, it is soooo beautiful... I have a CD holder and blank CD's , now all I need is the H20 , I have never heard of it! Love how you did the back ground , I do this technique but I use glimmer mist... you can get it at Tattered Angels or make your own! thats what I did and it is quite beautiful. ...once again I love the mirror card!! lol Just love these cards... you are the best!!!!!
The thing to do with crafting is play and experiment and see what you like. There is no right or wrong way to do anything ... just enjoy your self ... so try it and see if you like what you have created and if you don't then move on and try something else ... it's only paper after all xx
Another great video. I'm working my way through all 78 and I love them all. Kudos Christina. Your instructions are perfect. Thank you for all your efforts. Jean
Just found this tutorial Christina, and all I can say is WOW! I have h20's but never quite knew what to do with them .... now I do! These cards are stunning, and the storage idea .... brilliant! Thanks so much for this wonderful video and for all the others that you do too! I for one, so much appreciate all the effort you put into these videos! xx
I totally agree Karen, this is the best tutorial I have ever seen and I have my H2Os for over 15 years!!!! I can't wait to get them out and play with them again 😊😊😊
...and I thought that I saw everything there was to see on your wonderful website!! How did I miss the storage section?? Guess I know what I will be doing for the next few hours...lol Thanks again Christina!!
Love the cards, they are beautiful. I have the H2Os, the mica powders and embossing powders. I've rarely used the 1st two, as I wasn't sure how. You have given me inspiration to try now. I've subscribed with you, so I can see more of your videos. You have a nice voice, neither too loud, or too soft, and You speak clearly, which is helpful to me as I am hearing impaired. But as your demonstrations are really clear, I can actually watch and learn without having to hear you. Thanks.
@mcescher1957 This is a great idea for storage but you can also use it for glues, spritzer bottles and ribbons .... and anything else you can think of. Have a look at Crafters storage on the website for more ideas on using stuff you might otherwise throw away.
Beautiful!! I saw Sheena Douglass use this storage technique and I agree it works brilliantly!! It also doesn't matter what size pots of H2O's you have - I didn't buy the sets, I got the individual 10g pots. I can get 5 pots per layer, and without the lids, 4 layers!! Now if I could just find a good place to buy mirri-card here in the US....sigh....any suggestions anybody??
Didn't see her use the embossing buddy before stamping the design with the Versa. Last time I did that the embossing powder didn't stay on the card and I had to start over.
I don't use an embossing buddy that's why you didn't see it. I use cheap talcum powder ... cheaper and smells lovely to do exactly the same job. Plus it only removes fingerprints or sticky marks it does nothing to hold the embossing powder on your cards, that is what the Versamark does Cxx
How do you do the ones shown in the first 30 seconds or so of the video? Especially the blue fading down to purple with the flower stamp. It looks really smooth, and I'm not figuring out how to get that smoothness in my cards.
These are such beautiful card! I have all 212 H2O colors and have struggled w/ how to store them. Any suggestions on how to store THAT many? I would NEED a TON of these CD holders so it does not seem like the right solution for me but I may have to keep it in mind w/ other products.
This is the biggest WOW factor I’ve seen, love the way you have stored the H20’s
That is one of the most creative storage solutions I've ever seen. Genius! And your cards are beautiful! TFS, Heather
That storage is incredible!
Beautiful - and well worth watching for the storage idea alone!
Beautiful cards with this technique. Thanks for the storage idea!

that is a very smart idea for the storage....
Yes it is and you can store ribbon reels and Sparkly glues in the same way .... and I am sure lots more items.
Clever clever storage.!! Love it.

Do you have to use glossy paper? Will watercolor paper work?
