Thank you for watching my haircutting videos. This channel is geared to providing the best basic barbering tutorials on RUclips.
Thanks for the video Ricardo. You're the man I trust. You give honest reviews and thank you for being honest.
My pleasure
Love the honesty brotha! Amazing, thorough review!
You guys rock. Thanks for checking in.
I keep mine on a dock at all times. So the run time isn’t bad. Plus the instincts probably last 2 hours lol. But they say 4
Yea that vector motor will def change up run times. But that's the game you have to play with the saber. They cut so good though
This machine is definitely in my tool box im not sponsored by anyone my honest opinion of 18 years this machine definitely great i like it better then metal instinct clippers
Tell me more. Cause I have the metal instinct and it’s nice and all but not as amazing as everyone says. It cuts on pretty much the first pass but almost not as clean of fades, and not as fun to use. Was thinking of selling mine to buy this
@@RyanAlca it has consistent torque just like the boosted or the rebel clipper but small like the instinct but feels better in hand because it bit wider then the instinct clippers also id say the torque is bit better then the boosted or rebel clipper very smooth motor and that blade crunch feels amazing also because of the combination of both the motor having consistent torque and 2.0 cutter with crunch blade the machine feels more precise more precise then the boosted or rebel matter fact more precise then the instinct clippers also it just feels really good in the hands because how much more wider then the instinct clippers if u know anyone that has it borrow it for a day before u buy it or just buy it honestly if money is no option 300$ might be steep but if tool make ur job easier might as well have it if the vector motor was in the body of the saber 2.0 it would be great just like if it was in the boosted or rebel clipper it be interesting to see vector motor in that body honestly if they can take the saber 2 clipper motor and fit it in a body of a flex trimmer they would be some amazing trimmers as well
@@MrDannysomebody thanks man! 👌🏾 👍🏾
Great review. Just got mine recently and will be doing an unboxing and review as well
Awesome man lmk when it’s out I want to know what you think.
@@kikado3 will do
The Saber II clipper has a 2.5 run-time because we could only fit one battery in the new compact design. The Original Saber clipper has a 6 hr run-time because the larger body allowed for 2 batteries. Most clippers on the market have a 2-3 hr run-time which is why we provide a charging dock and USB-C capability to charge anywhere at anytime.
300$ 😂
JRL has a 5 hour running time
@@sneakerbeard4874 And the clipper is much larger than this one. Our Original Saber had a larger body and we were able to fit a larger battery in there with a 6hr run-time. On the 2.0 version we sacrificed size of the clipper and more torque/power for battery life.
Can you guys make the echo blade in a taper or wedge?
It's a great clipper i put a bigger battery in mine 😊
I tell myself $300 is too damn much but I’m most likely gonna buy them 😂
I love the original sabers. They are the most underrated clippers ever. Also want to purchase the plays too
I’m with you. I have a habit for getting whatever I can for no good reason but to video them and use them a few times lol. Now I’m broke lmao. Use the link and save some money.
@@kikado3 😂 😂 for sure bro thank you 🙏🏾
Let's not waste time talking about it.. the market is full of GREAT alternatives.. kemei, wmark,tpob.. these big brands just have influencers and marketing..
299.00. Avg motor, a blade you can live without, below avg battery.. the best part was access to the cam for cleaning 😂
We always have to talk about it. This is what my channels for. Tpob Kemei and other brands all get love on here. Nobodies left out except jrl. lol
There is nothing average about the Vector Motor. It has the most torque and power of any clipper on the market. It will also automatically speed up to keep RPM consistency when going through thick hair. We also provide quick, stellar customer service and eduction to the hair community. All those intangibles are not in the box but shouldn't be overlooked.
@@GAMMASTYLECRAFTPRO the barber community doesn't wanna pay more for clippers cos you hired some fool with a wizard beard (eddie) to lie at barber shows austin
@@GAMMASTYLECRAFTPROmy coworker got the boosted clipper and not a month later it started smoking, I witnessed it with my own eyes, she emailed you and never got a reply or she says. I’ll let her know she should reach out again after reading what you wrote here. She’s a brand new barber struggling to get by to the point of me lending her my backup clippers, her name is Melody or Mel please look out for her email. She’s a great person btw.
@@kikado3what’s wrong with jrls in your opinion? My favorite clipper right now is the onyx jrls and for many others is the same
Battery life for $300 is a joke but I'm actually shocked they included the usb c not their typical micro usb.
Nice content! How would you compare it to the instincts?
I like these better than instincts. Slower motor but quieter and smaller. Fades so good and that new echo blade is better than previous models.
Damn, I thought it had the same motor as instinct!
@@hurstod533brushless motor
@@hurstod533 The Saber II has a Super Torque Brushless motor with 7200 RPMs. The Instinct Clippers have a Vector Motor with 11,500 RPMs
@@GAMMASTYLECRAFTPROyall did an amazing job on these ! love em along with my instinct ❌
What are your thoughts by comparing these to the TPOB play clipoer
The play is my favorite clipper so far this year.
I’m on the fence about buying this clipper or the Wahl vapor? Have you used the vapor?
I haven’t but I would love to get my hands on them.
The Vapor doesn't have nearly as much torque/power as the Sabers. But try them at your own risk.
Do these work with the purple andis magnetic guards?
No they do not. Unless you have a mod but even then they don’t work good
$170 more than the play? With half the battery life? This thing better be giving happy endings after each cut for me to buy it...
😂
I’m spending 500 if that’s included. 🤣🤣🤣
@@kikado3 Lmmfao
does the echo blade fit on the tpob play?
I havent tried but im sure it does.
They better than play?
Barring price it’s a 50/50.
They’re not the same . Different feeling every stroke.
Okay, Okay, okay.
How long you been gay?
Got the goons checking in lol
300 is ridiculous
