9-Miles Project I Helping children surf and avoid the risk of drugs and gangsterism

A surfing project in Strandfontein, Western Cape has been lauded and is making waves for its role in helping children and youth at risk of drugs and gangsterism.
The 9-Miles Project was founded by Nigel Savel and is equipping youth with surfing, life skills, education and mentorship.
Laureus Sport For Good Foundation has pledged its support for the initiative during a visit to the project on Friday.
