    i use a 30 ton press it will only just press out a wheel from the shaft on ride on mower

      Hi MONXF, I had a hydraulic puller kit that I used before, I think it was rated at 6 tonne, and it sort of did the job but wasn't perfect. I bought this for those jobs that come in and TBH, I think it won't be used that much, but it'll help out in the long run.
      I don't work on sit on mowers, so hopefully I won't require that amount of force, but I do have a drive cog to remove off an old Hayter rear axle that the old puller couldn't do, but I think I'll need to have a think about how to hold it in the press.

      @@DugatDizzyLizzys Use a split berring clamp to hold the cog then press out the shaft

      @@M0NXF I have thought about that, but it's fitting the whole axle between the bottom press bars. I might have to expand them a bit to make it fit between them.

      @@DugatDizzyLizzys Ok i also have a 12ton puller which i have used for situations i can't get it in the press plenty of home made lube and ease it off slowly .
