It's like home alone. The house even looks the same!
The couple handled it very well. And the roofing company did an excellent job on fixing the problem.
As a business owner myself, I really respect that this roofing company did the right thing. Mistakes happen, they happen to everyone, but not everyone owns up to them and does the right thing like this when they make those mistakes. Good for Graco Roofing!
Good on the roofing company for actually admitting they made a mistake, and fixing it. A lot of companies would have just ducked out of there and tried to pretend nothing happened
Blessing in disguise! 😇Love the accountability of the company! 💪🏽
It’s good to hear that honest business men still exist.
For every one like this, we always see one of, "they showed up, they f**ked up the address, they f**ked up half our roof, they promptly f**ked off and would not return our phone calls or emails."
doing the right thing, is always the right thing! good job Graco Roofing!! good job homeowners for being so understanding :)
Cool work, Graco🙂 May your company live long.
Handle every customer like this and it comes back to you. I run multiple brands we shock people with our customer service. When somebody has a broken item and is irate they turn around and end up shouting you out if you hear them and go above and beyond.
A very enjoyable story and because it got posted and went viral will get more people wanting a roof by them.
Congratulations to both parties.
Proof that owning your mistakes and doing the right thing will always reward you
I wish the crew and company much success!
THIS is how honest people act and what they do...they take blame, they make it right!! Kudos to that business and kudos to these people for not being Karen's about it.
Honest business man !
Omg the correct way for a company too act. Props too them for doing the right thing and i hope this helps other people chose them in the future
Nice to see a company own up to an honest mistake and do the right thing! How refreshing! Well done everyone! 👏😁
so cool to see someone actually benefit (instead of what usually happens)from these mistakes.
The Roofing Company is Rock Solid honest, and will make $$$ from their goof. Good on them! And Good On the Senner's for being good sports about the entire incident! A great outcome.
Anyone can make a mistake, but Graco did the right thing, and fixed their mistake, without trying to weasel out of it. Kudos!
To Graco Roofing & Constructions LLC...thank you for being such an honorable company!
Glad the company fixed the Mistake, I’ve seen videos of where other companies make these same mistakes and then want to get payed or sue the victims to get leans on the victim’s homes
I’m no roofer, but have tons of customer service experience. The _only_ good way to fix this mistake was to come clean, finish the job, apologize, and give the homeowners the same warrantee and insurance paperwork treatment as if they had ordered the new roof without charge.
The homeowners talking about it on social media and how humble the company was probably earned the roofers their money back and then some in free advertising.
The fact that the company apologized for their mistake and even gave a warranty is a proof that it's a good company to go for your roof business 😊
I'll personally spread the word around and recommend them if they were in my country
They have a great attitude! We need more people in this world that can handle these types of situations with grace instead of hateful rants! Great sports for sure!
Omg, this is just totally wild… at least they made good on their mistake!!!! 🤣👍🏻❤️
Now you know that's a great company when they follow through, don't create any drama and be the best men they can be! I hope for great success to them! GREAT WORK GRACO!
THE BUSINESS OWNER MADE A HUGE MISTAKE!
Totally cool. Both parties were calm and civilized about the whole thing. Impressive!
So this is what happens when a company has and homeowner have integrity and honesty. So wholesome. That roofing mistake is probably one of the best PR and advertising decisions that the roofers have made in awhile!
I would totally hire them if they lived near me!
This is a nice story with a good outcome. We need more stories like this. 😊
Great ending, wonderful couple and the company handle that mix up very well. I hope it brings them tons of business❤❤❤❤
Thank you for the new roof!!! 👏🏼👏🏼 I would be sooo happy! Great company
