What if you create an address that people can send stuff in for you to break down? Better yet, compare the fakes that will most likely get sent in (accidentally or otherwise) with the authentic version.

If you are learning to sew local fabric stores will have lots of options! Great place to feel and touch fabrics of different knits and weights!
